Cancellation Policy
Green season
There is no cancellation penalty if a written cancellation is received not less than 7 days prior to arrival date. A one night cancellation penalty will be incurred if a written cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival date.

High season
There is no cancellation penalty if a written cancellation is received not less than 30 days prior to arrival date. A two nights cancellation penalty will be incurred if a written cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival date.

Peak season
There is no cancellation penalty if a written cancellation is received not less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
A cancellation penalty of 50% of total revenue will be charged to the operator if a written cancellation is received within 60 days prior to arrival date.
A cancellation penalty of 100% of total revenue will be charged to the operator if a written cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival date.		Rates Exclude

Payment Terms
We accept payment in cash as well as visa/ master card and AMEX.

Green season and High season
10% of total revenue is required as deposit to secure reservation. The balance to be settled on arrival

Peak season
10% of total revenue is required as deposit to secure reservation. 40% of total revenue is required not less than 60 days prior to arrival date. The balance to be settled on arrival.

Right on small and secluded beach within Kamala Beach Estate. Within the estate, Rockfish restaurant is located and providing room service until 11 pm. From the estate to local business area is only 10 minutes on foot as well as convenient store, local restaurant and bars are all in the same area. To access to main beach, only go further down the road only 5 minutes. Locate on the edge of the sea, away from noisy road but can reach everything within 10 minutes walk.
