Only five minutes away from the village of Gordes in the heart of the Luberon, Aqua is a unique contemporary property in an exceptional location. The villa sits among 6 hectares of quiet, well-preserved nature, with gorgeous views overlooking the Luberon mountains and their valley.

Built over three separate buildings with a total surface of 500m2, it comprises many salons and sitting areas, 5 en-suite bedrooms with dressing rooms, an outdoor summer kitchen, along with an outdoor lounge and a 400m2 terrace with panoramic views.

Twelve basins cascading down surround the main house and lead to the swimming pool area and its fantastic view. The heated (up to 33°C) Jacuzzi (8m x 2.50m) overflows in to the heated (up to 28°C) swimming pool (15mx 8m) surrounded by a teak deck, with Bose sound system and a open summer kitchen with bar.

In the large open-concept ground level of the main villa with its glass walls, is a salon with large, comfortable contemporary sofas and designer day beds, a fully equipped Smeg gourmet kitchen, a dining room and a home cinema nook with Bose sound system, air conditioning and fireplace. In front of the salon are 2 large terraces with the summer dining room under canopies.
