Astasia Beach Villa is a luxurious spacious yet homely Thai Bali style two-storied villa. Located a few metres from the stunning, uncrowded Natien Beach, near Laem Set, in the beautiful south eastern corner of Koh Samui, the villa is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Enjoying total privacy, the property has its own 36 square metre swimming pool and several areas in which to relax and soak up the sun.
Astasia Villa is one of an exclusive cluster of properties located in peaceful Samui Beach Village. Although these prestigious villas are set well away from the main road in a quiet and tranquil area by the beach, there are restaurants within walking distance and dozens more close by. The bustling town of Lamai with its shops, bars and nightlife is just a few minutes away.
The villa itself is truly elegant and features stunning furniture and artworks carefully selected by the owners. Although spacious and airy, the interior's personal touches make it feel like a home from home. In addition to air conditioning, each room has a ceiling fan and controllable lighting to allow you to set your own mood.
There are four large ensuite bedrooms, two upstairs with king size beds, and two downstairs, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. Two further small bedrooms are attached to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and share the bathroom. One of these is equipped with bunk beds, which fold away when not in use, and the other has a large single bed. Along with a foldaway bed and a cot, the villa can house up to 10 adults and two children and an infant.
Outside there are three covered entertainment areas, one of which provides outside dining facilities. There is plenty of room around the sparkling, free-flow pool for sun bathing and relaxing in the warm Thai sun.
The villa offers state-of-the art communications and entertainment systems - including WiFi high speed internet, satellite TV, a cinema surround DVD system and several CD/DVD/radio players.
