Villa Baan Suk Sabai is located on a hill with stunning views over Surin beach and Bang Tao Bay. It is a privately owned three bedroom Thai-style house. It has two living rooms, a dining room, a study, which can be converted to a fourth bedroom, a large swimming pool, a sala and a well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with an outside double granite bath.

The swimming pool is 11 meters by 5 meters, has an infinity effect and a bar with stools.

Spacious, clean and inviting, this Villa is ideal for guests who enjoy spending time outdoors while still in the comfort of their home. The entry way of this villa leads to a comfortable outdoor lounge area joining two lavishly furnished guest bedrooms. Completely furnished, this outdoor living room provides a picturesque setting with a view of Bang Tao Bay and the surrounding hills, an ideal arrangement to enjoy a mid-afternoon sunset, and a cool breeze.

Private, spacious and in harmony with nature, the entire lower level has a sweeping sea view for those with an insatiable desire to be surrounded with views of the ocean. Ideal for outdoor entertaining such as a party or reception this level also leads down to a large veranda also offering a sea view while surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Tastefully decorated with Asian art, fully tiled, and partially covered, the veranda provides protection from sun and rain.

Designed to take maximum advantage of its location, stunning panoramic views of both Surin Bay and Bang Tao Bay can be enjoyed from many areas on the upper main level. The Thai sala and infinity swimming pool are cleverly designed to allow a rare view of both bays simultaneously. The house has two living rooms and in addition has a study that can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom. Complete with a granite bar, this villa is ideal for entertaining while offering privacy and seclusion.

Surin Beach is a 15 minute walk away and has some local restaurant and bars, without being overcrowded. Surin Hill is 25 minutes from the airport and it is a 15 minute drive to the nightlife of Patong. 5 minute drive from Laguna Phuket and the golf courses.

Free shuttle from the villa to the beach (less than 5 min drive) and restaurants of Surin beach.
