The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure. Personal Safety The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Pets No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean. Smoking Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided. Daily maid service Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required. Water & Electricity All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out! Liability The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this. Force Majeure The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control. Swimming pool Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum. Check in / out times. Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing.

Loch Palm Villa B has been built for over two years now, but it still possesses the stunning quality it had when first constructed. The front verandah provides a relaxed area for sitting and a vantage point of the gentle sloping valley in front of the house.

At the back of the house lies a fully sustained, crystal clear swimming pool shared by two other Phuket villas. You can literally look over the road and you will see the perfectly manicures fairways of the Loch Palm golf course. With its two large bedrooms, a roomy living and dining area, large fully equipped kitchen and swimming pool, this Phuket villa rental is ideal for couples, those with a small family or a small group of friends.

The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, large-screen LCD television, CD/DVD player, entertainment speakers and a large supply of recently released pre-recorded movies. Through the sliding doors, you can also take a look at the surrounding scenery.

The open-plan living and dining area features a formal dining setting with seating for four persons.

The expansive kitchen contains everything necessary for self-catering. This includes a modern four-hob gas stove, gas oven and loads of bench space and cooking utensils.

The villa provides two bedrooms with queen-size beds. Both bedrooms have whisper-quiet air-conditioning and in-room televisions. The master bedroom has plenty of inbuilt cupboard space. It also has a large ensuite bathroom with a glass-walled walk-in shower, separate bathtub and quality fittings. The other bedroom provides an equal amount of closet space and plenty of room to store suitcases, bags and the like. A second bathroom that leads off from the living area is just outside the bedroom door.

There are two bathrooms within Loch Palm Villa B, one of which is ensuite for the master bedroom, owning a shower, bathtub, wash basins and toilet. The second bathroom is reserved for guests and has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The magnificent Loch Palm Golf Course and Phuket Country Club, two of Phuket’s premier golf courses, are just a few minutes’ drive away. The Red Mountain golf course is also part of the Loch Palm complex. Within a 5-minute drive from this Phuket luxury villa, situated in Kathu, you will find a selection of ATM machine and a scattering of restaurants and bars.

Kathu is not fundamentally a major tourist region that is only a 10-minute drive from Patong, which is Phuket’s number one tourist area with more bars and restaurants than you can possibly imagine. Patong is also the place you will find the nearest beach. If you take a 10-minute drive in the opposite direction from Patong, you will find a retail park on the outskirts of Phuket Town that is home to shopping malls and supermarkets such as Tesco Lotus, Big C and Central Festival.
