Named Villa of the Year in 2009, Lolita is a remarkable architectural achievement designed by noted Chicago architect Tom Reed. A 14,500 sq.ft. modern villa on a 4-acre site at the world-renowned Tryall Club, this property was chosen for its breathtaking view of the deep blue Caribbean Sea and fills the senses with luxurious textures of rich mahogany, Italian travertine and handsome granite.
A dramatic great room opens to the massive marble pool terrace, outside dining area and bar, all of which share the vast ocean view. The air-conditioned study has a 45 plasma TV and library of books and movies. Inside and outside dining areas seat as many as 14 guests. Notable at Lolita is the granite and stainless steel kitchen manned by talented Chef Glen. Mealtimes at Lolita are memorable!

Child friendly, Lolita's heated pool includes a 24-inch-deep section for youngsters. A second heated pool for children is across the terrace.

There is a charge of USD $100.00 per person, per week (or USD $20.00 per day for shorter stays) added to your account for your visit.
