Cancellation prior to 60 days is accepted by the owners with full refund.
Cancellations less than 60 days will only be refunded if the villa has a replacement booking		Rates Exclude

Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is normally payable 60 days in advance of arrival.
Payment can be made into one of the owners Bank Accounts in France or Thailand. 


SAMUI BLU is a little taste of heaven on earth It is brand new, luxury 3 bedroom villa located a few minutes walk from pristine, palm fringed Choeng Mon beach.

It offers a perfect respite from the worries of the outside world with its views over swaying coconut palms to the blue waters of the Gulf. High walls and security gates offer guests total privacy while tropical decks and gardens fringe the large infinity pool. The cascading waterfall sooths the senses as guests relax in the separate outdoor sala.

It is the perfect holiday getaway for groups, families or romantic couples.

Recently completed and fastidiously built by the islands leading builders, SAMUI BLU is stylishly decorated, beautifully furnished with comfort and ease of living being the foremost aim.

The villa which wraps around the stunning pool is all on one level with spacious terraces and is situated within a small luxury development with on site management and services.

Sleeping arrangements are in 3 roomy bedrooms, all with spacious en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, fans, writing desks, wardrobes and Thai silk curtains.

The Master bedroom features a Versace inspired King size Four Poster bed looking out to the pool area and an exotic indoor/outdoor bathroom.

The Frangipani and Lotus Rooms with Queen size beds also overlook the pool and have their own individual character with wall hangings by local artists and gentle colour schemes.

The open plan living room provides a large wall-mounted multi channel satellite TV system, home entertainment unit, CD's, DVD's, a library and a large super-comfy sofa. The expanding dining room table allows additional space for entertaining, with wall to ceiling glass bi-fold doors opening on to the outdoor entraining areas.

A fully equipped kitchen has granite bench tops, expresso coffe machine, dish washer, microwave oven, cooking supplies and utensils while a floor to ceiling glass backdrop window overlooks yet another tropical garden.
