Slice of Heaven, Thai Style - Essenza 4 @ Sava Villas Phang Nga

Folks My wife and I are just back from Phuket where we stayed at two resorts and a villa across 9 days. I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell all of you about Essenza 4 @ Sava Villas in Phang Nga a little slice of heaven, Thai style. The property is beautiful, the location is scenic beyond compare, the staff were well trained and professional and the food nothing short of sublime. Kuhn Aom, Kuhn Noi, Kuhn Nat and Kuhn Nam delivered a new standard of customer service that far exceeded the other two places we stayed at over the last 9 days. Kuhn Aom was certainly the conductor of the orchestra and ensured all things just worked, Kuhn Noi ran the dining area to precision, Kun Nat turned out just beautiful food (the masaman gai was the best I have ever had and I have eaten my share & the Tom Kha Gai was just perfect as well) and Kuhn Nam made sure the place was resupplied and cleaned up efficiently. Our sincere thanks once again to a job well done by the staff - a great team effort. The access to the beach was as private as one could hope for, the location, the service, the food and a spacious quiet well kept location was exactly what the doctor ordered for a much earned R & R after spending the last 27/30 weeks on the road. Simply an Unforgettable Paradise

A group of 12 people picked this villa for our 5D4N trip. When we viewed the photos online, we were already very excited but as many of other hotel sites, photos can be very deceiving! Villa is not close to the centre of Phuket ie. Patong which is about one hour drive. It doesn't matter as it's not our main focus. From the first enquiry dealt with by Isabel and the team, they arranged absolutely everything from our mini-van pick-up service from Phuket airport to villa which took about 30min drive, when arriving the villa, we immediately shouted out loud, it's exactly what we have seen from the website, even more spacious than expected, we were met by the warm and welcoming villa team it felt like we were arriving to meet our family and friends, everything we requested for our arrival was waiting on us, welcome drinks, chilled beers & wine, and most of all the delicious lunch we had pre ordered (thanks to Isabel and her recommendations from chef) We basically spent 80% of our time in the villa during our stay. They provided continental breakfast on our first morning then arranged a driver to take us to the to get food to cook (the villa can do this for you) but we thought it would be fun to go shopping ourselves. We just told the butlers what kind of food we wanted to eat, and they would come up with 5-star hotel standard meals, eg. they cooked lobsters which just been caught from sea, home made the sauce for main dishes, and made us fresh fruit slurpies, etc... All in all the best experience ever.

Family Reunion Top Spot

Another excellent stay at SAVA villas. Perfect for families with small children, grandparents, teens. Hospitality was beyond exceptional this time with JIAP our manageress who did all she can to accommodate our requests. Our live-in maid was attentive, obliging and always polite. Our meals were always good, prompt, satisfying. Although it is a bit further away from Phuket Town, more than 1 hour, but there was enough to keep us happy and entertained on the premises and our slice of beach in front of our property. This August brought lots of awesome waves for boogie boarding, but too rough for an actual swim. There brought lots of debris from the nearby towns, but our household staff made sure it was all clean by the time we went out again. It also depends on which way the wind blows, carrying along with it everything in its way. This is our second trip, and definately not our last.

Truly Spectacular!

We have stayed in many luxury properties across the globe, but this one tops them all! From the beautiful setting, to the supreme accommodations, we were truly blown away. The food west the best Thai food we have ever had, cooked by the wonderful chef, and the staff, in general, bent over backwards to make our experience better than we would have imagined. The beach, which is right at your fingertips, is almost completely secluded and the whole complex is very quiet. We have never been so relaxed on a vacation. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Phuket, if needed, but we didn't leave the villa, because it was so fantastic! We will definitely come back and stay for longer. You don't want to miss this experience.

Truly unbelievable property in an incredible location

This Sava villa was perfect for the two large families staying. We also though it would be the perfect place to come back to with 4 - 6 couples only. Incredible value, the same villa in Hawaii or the Caribbean would be at least 5 times as much. Staff were amazing, and the food choices and quality were so good that we never wanted to eat out for any of the meals during the entire 10 days. The whole property was perfectly laid out for maximum pleasure and relaxation. Even though it was high season over Christmas, it felt like we had a 5 km stretch of pristine beach all to ourselves. With lots of children there was no shortage of pool and beach volleyball, a great grass area for soccer and a great TV room for them to chill out in and play games. Perfect, perfect perfect.

Unforgettable Experience!

From the moment we walked through the front door we knew this place was very special. The house is stunning as well as the views and the beach not to mention the gardens surrounding the house. The food was the best I have ever had worldwide - so many amazing dishes. The staff were polite, friendly and incredibly professional. This was an memorable trip that we would go back too again for sure.

We had mini-van pick-up service from Phuket airport to villa which took about 30min drive, when arriving the villa, we immediately shouted out loud, it's exactly what we have seen from the website, even more spacious as expected. 2 huge living rooms, 6 rooms (3 facing the pool, 3 upstairs), open bar/dining area and a kitchen at the back, a huge 25m pool, and a huge football field at the back with a trampoline. The villa is connected to the beach at the back, facing Indian Ocean. We got 4 butlers serving us from 8am to 9pm, and one staying over night but only available in case of emergency. Cost per night was about USD1,500 - for 12 of us, it cost just USD120 per head per night... We basically spent 80% of our time in the villa during our stay. They provided basic food for breakfast but on the first day, the driver drove us to Big C, the biggest supermarket in town, to get food to cook, drinks, and snacks. We just told the butlers what kind of food we wanted to eat, and they would come up with 5-star hotel standard meals, eg. they cooked lobsters which just been caught from sea, home made the sauce for main dishes, and made us fresh fruit slurpies, etc... Seriously, no negative comments I can put here.. I highly recommend this villa to everyone and I am sure they would comment the same as I just did.

Villa Essenza is an oceanfront residence set on the unspoiled Natai Beach in Phang Nga. The beach is considered to be one of Thailandâ€™s most beautiful stretches of sand. The chic holiday villa is a perfect choice for families or group of friends who wish to escape the tourist crowds in Phuket and yet be within easy distance of the attractions, dining and shopping it offers. Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to Management. All cancellation notices received will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and
Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and Management will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Payment Terms

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, the villa reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.

- For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable.
- For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
- Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa,master card or Amex).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.

The tropical Villa Essenza is a 6 bedroom property ideal for families or group of friends sharing. Three of the bedrooms are located on the upper level while the other three are set near the poolside. Two of the bedrooms are sea facing master suites with floor to ceiling windows sliding open onto brilliant views. The two guestrooms are perfect for older children or friends sharing. Two of the poolside bedrooms also share a large bathroom with shower and tub. The villa also has an expansive central lounge area with sliding doors to draw in the cooling breeze. There is a spacious family room to the left of the entrance and a fully fitted western kitchen adjoining the glass-walled sea view dining space in the lower level pavilion.

All the ground floor rooms of Villa Essenza open onto the 25m infinity lap pool and sundeck which is decorated with loungers for soaking the tropical sun. The landscaped, beachside garden has covered, open sided dining area with dining table and built-in barbecue unit. Near the beach, a relaxation pavilion and wide lawns at the front and rear complete the tropical paradise. In-house, the residence features cutting edge lighting and entertainment system, a wall mounted, flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.

The entire Villa Essenza opens onto a secluded sandy beach. The well-planned layout also provides guests the privacy they need and also several comfortable furnished and equipped spaces for entertaining and socializing. The villa overlooks an unspoilt, picturesque bay and is designed in a way that indoor living spaces constantly connect to the fabulous views. The villa is serviced by two maids, a private chef and a villa manager to deal with individual requests. It is a perfect choice for private weddings and group celebrations. With the beach just steps away, top class facilities and a delectable choice of dishes on the in-villa menu, there's little need to leave the villa grounds, even on an extended stay.
