Location
The splendid Arsana villa is located 11km from Tanah Lot sea temple, in the sleepy village of Tohjiwa Nyambu in the Tabanan Regency. It is set on the terraced hillside of a gorgeous two-hectare estate in the rural hinterland of southwest Bali. Offering spectacular views of a hidden river valley, stunning rice-fields and jungles, the villa setting is perfect to experience a slice of tropical paradise. Nirwana Bali Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman and voted the number one golf course in Asia, is about 10km away. The coastline here is rugged and the beaches more suited to surfing than swimming.

Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
Payment Terms
Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Splendid 4 bedrooms villa with stunning views
Arsana villa is set in the enchanting village of Tohjiwa Nyambu, regarded as one of the prettiest villages on the island. Arsana means flow in Sanskrit, and the name is tribute to the Sungi River that meanders past its lower boundary. The area is great for cycling which is a great way to gain insight into the agricultural, religious and daily life of the villagers. Bicycles are available at the villa for guest use. This splendid five-bedroom villa blends into the terraced hillside and overlooks hidden river valley and stunning rice-field and jungle views. Facilities include swimming pools, a games room, home theatre, fully stocked bars and dedicated massage areas.
The master suite of Arsana villa is a fully air-conditioned suite comprising a master bedroom with king-size bed, dressing area and bathroom, a TV room equipped with satellite-channel TV/DVD player and furnished with a daybed (which doubles as a bed suitable for two children), and a glass-walled study. An additional room is furnished with a daybed that also converts to a small double bed or two single beds suitable for children. An open-air sunken lounge at the front is ideal to take in the views. The en-suite bathroom has glass fold doors to create an alfresco bathing experience.
The three guest suites of Arsana villa are furnished with king-size beds, one of which can be converted into twins. Each suite is housed within a self-contained pavilion with windows on two sides that open to the view, and a covered terrace at the front furnished with armchairs. The fourth bedroom also has twin beds which can be combined to create a queen. This room also has three sets of bunk beds, making it suitable for up to 8 children in total, or a large family. All suites are equipped with cable TVs and DVD players and incorporate huge daybeds set within a window recess.
