Absolutely amazing villa!

We stayed at villa Asada and were extremly pleased! The villa itself is stunning, so many nice little touches and the pool overlooks a gorgeous view of the beach. The staff made our stay so relaxed and enjoyable. Can not say how great our stay was and I would definetly recommmend booking through Elite Havens to anyone!

Absolute perfect family retreat

We stayed at the stunning Villa Asada. from the moment you walked in & went WOW at the view,then got looked after by the amazing team of staff...we couldn't have asked for more. Attention to detail was wonderful, I truly relaxed & didn't want to leave. The view is so calming, the pool is bigger than most, our bedroom suite was perfectly oversized, the bathroom was indulgent. We didn't even venture into Candi Dasa as everything was there in the villa that we needed. We even threw a curve ball at the cook, wanting a specialty lunch ( for the Royal wedding) but they stepped up and met our demands. We all want to go back :) Thanks team Asada...awesome !!

Brilliant

We stayed here in June and loved every second. its a great location and comfortable villa. The staff are amazing and couldn't do more for us. The food was delicious and I can't recommend it highly enough. It is near great beaches where we snorkeled and the kids loved it.

Lovely villa and lovely staff. The food is amazing - you wont want to go out! we loved laying by the pool, long breakfasts and delish dinners! My sister had her wedding here and it was the perfect size for her 47 guests! Highly recommend

Gorgeous

Villa Asada completely lived up to our expectations. It's as good as the photos, and the view from the villa is even better. The garden is stunning, Bougainvillea and tropical plants fluttering in the breeze, and birdsong just made it so peaceful. The staff was incredible; very attentive and warm but not intrusive whatsoever. Katut was always ready with a smile. And suchi makes the best steaks, but I warn you not to ask how they're prepared because it apparently involves a LOT of butter and you're here to relax, not worry about your diet. We went over Xmas and this is apparently bad weather season in Bali, but every day was perfect. We experienced rain for about 2 hours one afternoon during our entire week stay. I would highly recommend the east coast of bali compared to The south and west. I haven't been to the north, but can say the east was gorgeous. Oh, and an easy drive to the airport. Easier than the drive from the airport to Ubud, so don't let the drive put you off. As soon as we can confirm dates I plan to book Villa Asada again. That's how much we loved it.

Stunning

We were lucky enough to Have an all too short stay at Villa Asada. The staff were so attentive and the villa was just stunning.with a fantastic view of the ocean but the foreground was even prettier. We were greeted with cool drinks and fresh tropical fruit. The nearby beach was occupied by local fishermen, no hawkers and only a short walk from the villa. So beautifully peaceful I would recommend to all as life in Bali before the crowds moved in

Our best ever Villa stay ! 6 star accomodation & service.

We have recently returned from the most wonderful stay at Villa Asada, and would highly recommend this dream holiday to all. We were picked up by Elite Havens cars & delivered to the beautiful Villa, which is kept in pristine condition by the staff, at all times. Gourmet meals were prepared for us for breakfast, lunch & dinner daily along with a very special 25th Wedding Anniversary party one evening. ( this included floating candles on the pool, a Balinese dancer and sumptuous seafood feast ) Above all, it was the staff that may our stay so perfect. We soon became very goods friends with these wonderful smiling people. Many Thanks to Ida, Alit, Ketut, Wayan, Luji, Nari, Suji, and others.

A brilliant place to relax with exceptional staff

This was a wonderful holiday shared with friends and all our children. The accommodation is well thought out and very child friendly with staff that were fantastic and were willing to assist us with any of our requests and even entertained our kids on occasion! There are many things to do locally if you choose or if you prefer this is a perfect quiet retreat. This was the most relaxing holiday experience at a beautiful location. We cannot talk highly of the staff as they certainly made our stay very special.

My favourite holiday place, EVER!

Absolutely love everything about Villa Asada, from its amazing position with spectacular views over the ocean to the beautiful home itself and the amazing staff, this is without doubt my favourite holiday destination (and we holiday a lot!). Having visited before in early 2010, it was time for another visit. It was beautiful then, but with major renovations and additions, it is something truly spectacular now. From the beautiful open upper/entry level living spaces and balcony, to the large theatre room and stunning pool deck and bar area, it is just a beautiful place for friends and family to relax and unwind......and that is without mentioning the new dedicated theatre/games room, the gym or the four stunning bedrooms, including absolutely amazing main suites! with a party of 10 (six adults, 3 kids and a baby) you would think one villa would be a bit 'tight' but there was plenty of space to get together or relax in privacy, with so many living areas and even a separate bale, the perfect place to unwind with a book and enjoy the views of the ocean Nusa Penida and Bali itself. The staff were absolutely amazing - including some of the original staff from our new visit and a few new additions - and could not do enough for us. It's an absolute pleasure to spend time with staff that you can go away thinking of as your friends. From beautiful treats, organising games, playing with the kids and showing us traditional Balinese cooking and they prepared all of our delicious meals, they were simply amazing.....oh, and those Mango smoothies! We will definitely be back to Villa Asada again! love it!

Villa Asada is located at ten minutes drive from the quiet seaside village of Candidasa and is set close to many of Bali's most important historical landmarks and attractions. This beautiful, undeveloped area is set well away from the tourist crowd in Karangasem, an exotic royal Balinese paradise of forests and mighty mountains, emerald rice terraces, islands, beaches, temples and palaces. Enjoying a secluded setting, the villa is within easy distance of local markets ancient kingdoms and mystical palaces, including Puri Agung Ka rangasem, Taman Ujung Water Palace, and the complex of bathing pools known as Tirta Gangga.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Description

Luxurious 4 bedroom villa with bay view

Villa Asada is a contemporary-styled villa comprising two double-storey buildings with an abundance of space and light, elegance and simplicity. It offers large common area spaces, notably the living room and around the pool area for relaxing, socializing and entertaining. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The villa includes two air-conditioned master suites, located one above the other in a self-contained building. Each suite features a sitting room/study, a very spacious bedroom with a 4-poster king-size bed, a large balcony or terrace affording fabulous views. Each suite also has a dressing area with a walk in wardrobe and a built-in dressing table with drawers. The en-suite bathrooms have bathtubs and well-lit double vanity units and raindrop showers.

The two guest bedrooms of villa Asada are located at pool level in the main building. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and features a walk-in wardrobe, sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck, and a separate door that provides direct access to the family room, which is positioned centrally between the two rooms. The main living & dining room has folding glass doors and a covered balcony running the full length of the room. The dining area is furnished with a table for ten. A music system is provided for entertainment and a washroom is positioned to one side.

The open plan fully fitted kitchen is located at one end of the living area. Outdoors, the main attraction is the swimming pool. Villa Asada is blessed with one of the most spectacular coastline views in Bali. Just a few kilometres away, Padangbai is a major harbour for ferries to Lombok as well as for smaller boats to Nusa Penida. The residence is just a stone's throw from the seashore, where a reef offers superb snorkelling. The villa has its own secure entrance with a parking area and also a garage large enough for two vehicles.
