Beautiful Property

We spent 4 nights at Baan Santisuk. The Villa was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and looked after us well, but a few small things stopped me from giving a 5 star rating. The room i used had twin beds and we had an extra roll away bed put in for the kids. There were 3 of us sharing that room , but the maid never put 3 towels. Everyday I had to ask for a 3rd towel. On the first night I had a drink in the room. The dirty glass was still in my room at end of the stay. My A/c stopped functioning the first evening, but luckily the villa staff was able to fix it before i slept. There were 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, however since we were just 7 of us we had decided to use the 3 bedrooms on the upper level We had a chef ho made a couple of meals for us. On arrival we gave her a sum of money as an advance and were told by the villa manager that we would get a full accounting for all expenses at the end of the stay. However on the last evening the chef gave us a lumpsum figure with NO breakup. we paid the same but would have liked to know what we were paying for as we ate only 2 meals and breakfast at the villa. The villa manager should have been there on the last evening to settle these issues but she was only there on arrival and never after that. However the staff was very willing and the property is beautiful

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa between Kamala and Patong on the hill with excellent outdoor space, pool area and living room. Kids loved it as well. Breathtaking sunsets from the villa. Well maintained villa. Kris at Villa Getaways is patient and attentive. Would definitely book again through him. Owners rep is also a fantastic lady. Negatives: Smell from the a/C in the master bedroom (being repaired by the owner) and chef a bit too scheduled about meal timings, though she is very nice (probably partly a language issue).

I felt like i owned the island from this hilltop villa!

This was the second time I booked with villagetaways.com and both experiences have provided the same level of professional service, villas of superb quality and wonderful memories. Kris Clements, your hand-holding prior to my arrival at the villa make it easy for me to want to deal with you again. Thanks again for yr patience in answering all my questions. On arrival, the villa manager as well as on the ground and round the clock staff pampered us without intruding. We were fed well and the staff observed the stringent diets of the few who could not enjoy the rich local delecacies being prepared for the rest of us. We were a group of eight, ages as young as 7 and as old as 66. We all left with the same wonderful experience. We were all sad to leave. If you do book this villa, when you're in the car from the airport and you feel the urge to point at a villa on a hill to say "Wow, look at that house!", don't be surprised, as I was, when the driver tells you that's where you're headed!

loved the view.

When I left I said, "goodbye room, I love you..." I had the master bedroom. The auto blinds didn't work well - kept jamming, but the maids got the ladders out and rolled them up and down whenever I asked. the holiday was a treat so I don't know how much it cost. but it was a lovely escape. the only thing missing was perhaps a storm coming in over the sea, but I won't complain about the big blue skies, gorgeous sunsets or starry nights.

Fantastic Villa

The villa is amazing. fantastic views, well maintained, great location. We hired a mini-van from the villa - a driver named Mun (+66 861207264) who was very courteous and extremely safe. The cook Mundra serves better food than most of the upmarket restaurants on the island. I recommend you order the food with her before you arrive - she wont disappoint. Wan, Meow and Toi are great support staff who were more than happy to chip in and help entertain our 1 year old daughter. as the villa is in a tropical setting, make sure you bring some insect repellent with you. we didn't have much of an issue with this except when it rained. the only downside to the villa is allocating rooms to the guests as they are on different levels and have different layouts. some have very opulent bathrooms while others have fantastic views. its a tough decision.

The experience was sublime!

The villa is awesome. Beautifully appointed and very luxurious. The view is nothing short of divine. The icing on the cake is the cook, Montra (not sure I got that spelling right). The food is probably the best Thai food we have ever eaten. The other staff (Wan and Meouw, again dubious spelling) too are absolutely amazing - very helpful, unobtrusive and very sweet. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Luxurious stay in a breathtaking villa

We stayed at the Santisuk Villa in early November for three days and hosted our wedding reception on the grounds. The villa itself was a delight to stay in, with five-star luxury at our fingertips. The food and amenities were ideal for a holiday retreat, whilst the views were simply amazing. The staff did everything to assist us and were friendly and polite. We had a perfect wedding in Phuket, and the Santisuk Villa was a great choice

Magical villa with breathtaking views

We stayed here for a week while we were in Phuket for our wedding. While the villa was ultimately too small to host our wedding we had an amazing week living in the lap of luxury, with the most spectacular views! While it is clearly a stunning design it is also very practical with all the modern conveniences and well laid out. every room in the villa is unique and each has its own amazing features, views and spectacular bathrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable and you would not want to leave them but for the amazing views from outside! The staff were fantastic and made us feel so at home and comfortable without being too obtrusive. The cook was wonderful and would cater fabulous thai food that was so fresh and tasty and at a fraction of the cost of eating out. They would organise for masseurs to come up to the villa for us and they even knew it was our wedding night and decorated our bedroom. I would recommend hiring a car - taxi drivers struggle to find it and charge a lot as its quite isolated but its so close to Patong and Kamala that its possible to survive without a car. Overall this was an amazing place to hang out for a week, relax, party and generally feel like we were on the set of entourage! There was so much space and the views were breathtaking! Definitely heading back here for our anniversary!

Situated between Patong and Kamala Beach the villa is positioned on a small headland allowing uninterrupted panoramic views of the Andaman Sea. 40 minutes drive from Phuket Airport and just 10 minutes from Patong with its international shops, local markets, restaurants and bustling nightlife. There are two white-sand beaches fringed with palm trees on either side of the villa, reachable by foot within a few minutes. And for the keen golfers, Phuket's internationally famous golf courses are just 15 to 20 minutes by car.

Cancellation Policy

* No refunds shall be made on payments received. In the event of cancellation after payment has been made, the management will approach the Villa Owner and endeavor to obtain a credit for a future stay in the villa booked. If the Villa Owner is in agreement, management will issue a statement of account in confirmation.

* It is recommend clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against a medical emergency or certain other unforeseen circumstances which preclude the client from traveling.

Payment Terms

* A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid within 4 days of accepting the Booking Contract.

* The remaining balance is due eight(8) weeks before the rental period. A security deposit may be payable with the payment of the balance. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakage's during the rental period of the property or their contents. It may also be used to cover the cost of the use of telephones, extra cleaning (if required) and other services. It is usually returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property, less any unpaid expenses. Cost of refunding the security deposit will be deducted from the security deposit.

* If booking within eight(8) weeks of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid within 4 days of accepting the Booking Contract.

* If any payment is not made within the specified times, the management may treat the contract as cancelled.

Description

Perfect tropical luxury retreat

Perched on a lush green headland surrounded by the crystal-blue Andaman Sea and two white-sand beaches, this villa is perfect for a tropical luxury getaway.

The villa accommodates up to 10 people with five bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, three with private Balinese-style outdoor shower gardens and one with outdoor Jacuzzi. Each bedroom is equipped with its own mini-bar, safe and has a phone and broadband internet connection.

The villa has two sun decks and two Salas - perfect for lying back and sipping that sunset cocktail whilst watching the ruby-red sun sink slowly behind the horizon. For those needing to burn off some energy there's a fully-equipped gym (running machine, cross-trainer, weight machines and free weights) and table tennis table. The villa has a TV room with large screen projector (bring your favourite DVDs) and sound system (bring your iPod).

The villa's staff of two full-time maids and gardener are there to look after you and ensure that you enjoy every minute of your stay in this tranquil tropical paradise. The villa maids are capable to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for simple Thai menu and limited western dishes at your cost.

The villa has a media room which might be used for 2 children to sleep if necessary.

A function such as birthday party, wedding, anniversary or any other event is allowed to be held in the villa, however guest capacity might need to be reconfirmed with the villa owner and extra cost may incur to this special arrangement.
