Located just north of Nathon in Ban Makham. The location is quiet, yet within 5 minutes from all the conveniences Nathon town, the capital of the island, has to offer and within walking distance to several beachfront restaurants.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit of 50% non refundable, cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the reservation time possible. Within 2 months before the start of the reservation date, full payment required.
Payment Terms
- deposit of 50% at the time of the reservation by bank transfer or Credit Card via a secure payment gateway
- the remaining 50% to be paid at least 30 days before arrival
- a refundable security(damage) deposit of EUR 200 (or equivalent) is due on arrival and will be refunded at departure
Beachfront villa with stunning sea view
The property benefits from a large communal infinity pool which enjoys a beautiful sunset view. Although beachfront, this villa has a wide open view of the ever changing sea; ferries coming and going, the fishing boats and the occasional cruise ships anchored out in front. The location is quiet, yet within 5 minutes from all the conveniences Nathon town, the capital of the island, has to offer and within walking distance to several beachfront restaurants.
The house was designed to take full advantage of the fabulous views and gentle sea breezes. Three steps take you to a large outdoor terrace surrounded by mature tropical plants. The folding patio doors lead into a large lounge with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, custom made furniture, including a flat screen TV. The lounge leads to a guest bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom and shower. A raised ceiling with 2 large windows and fan make this a very pleasant second room or office. Another set of folding patio doors leads to a large master bedroom with the most incredible views. It boasts a vaulted ceiling, a king size bed, dressing room furniture, and an en-suite bathroom and shower. This room is air conditioned with an additional overhead fan.
The kitchen is equipped with black granite counter tops, side by side stainless fridge, all western equipment including a microwave, espresso maker and a granite bar counter with bar stools. A few steps down takes you to another large bedroom facing the seaside through a large glass door, It boasts a vaulted ceiling, a king size bed, dressing room furniture, and an en-suite bathroom and shower. This room is air conditioned with an additional floor-standing fan, a king size bed, Thai wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom and shower.
