Amazing

We've spent 2 weeks at Kalara Garden and we had such an amazing time ! Our villa was spacious enough for the 2 of us, well maintained, clean and modern Wifi was good, as I had to work, it was very important to me to have a good internet connexion and wifi did not disappoint me The view was amazing we would definitely recommend this place and we will be back

Stunning villas and great view!

Had such a beautiful stay here. The villa was more than big enough for myself and my boyfriend (great for a small family or friends) and loved the fact we had a kitchen to cook when we fancied! The best was waking up every day to that view! Blue Sea and skies. Heaven! Nadia and the team were fab. Would definitely come back again. Thanks!

Perfect for a family holiday!

We had one of our best holidays staying at Kalara Gardens! We choose the accommodation as we wanted to be in a quieter area as we have stayed in Bophut before and felt it was very crowded. The house was perfect for us, the downstairs area was modern and spacious and the two bedrooms upstairs with ensuites worked well. The kids loved the pool which there is actually two for all the houses so you don't feel overcrowded! The views from the master room balcony were simply stunning. Many thanks to the housekeeping who kept the house during our two - week stay immaculate! We will be back for sure. Thankyou!

Amazing view, amazing villa!

We had such an exceptional stay at Kalara Gardens - waking up to that view every morning was incredible! Peace and quiet with attentive staff (the Kalara staff especially Nadia and Wi were so helpful) who helped us book a great boat trip and organise a hire car. We'll be back - incrdible value for money and just what we needed for a holiday. Oh and the wifi was very good if you need to work like we did while away

Koh Samui surprise

Lovely smaller self contained apartment hotel/resort with a large pool (very necessary in the heat). Within easy walking distance of many great little restaurants and a lovely beach. Because of the smaller size, the resort was very friendly. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom as well as a balcony upstairs and porch downstairs. The stairs were very steep so not for the fainthearted or those with limited mobility. The kitchen had everything we needed except a coffee cafetiere but happily our agent loaned us a coffee machine. Comfortable king sized bed with great pillows. Daily maid service if so desired Larger hotel next door has a large pool and nice cocktail bar (they make a very good Aperol Spritz). You are able to use their facilities including the gym. A great place to stay and we will return. Top tip, find the Secret Garden restaurant!

Lovely quiet resort

Great houses around a beautiful warm pool. Spacious and well catered. The staff are gorgeous too. Lovely view of the mountains. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The next door hotel is great too and you have full use of their fantastic facilities and their shuttle bus

Oasis of relax

Stayed in one of the houses in the Gardens for 3 nights. What a peaceful place. Felt relaxed and secure, despite no security guard at the entrance. Houses have a view on a common pool, strong A/C in common areas, strong Wifi. Bophut reacheable via motorbike in less than 10 minutes

Wonderful views

Great place, our second time staying in Villa four. Everything you could want, and the beds are so comfortable! The views are amazing, staff really friendly and helpful. Great places to eat at the bottom on the hill - relax@samui, the reggae bar, and relax on the beach bar. Love it.

* Change of bed linen and towels two times a week
* Please note that the maximum occupancy rate for this property is normally 4 persons (2 bedroom units) or 6 persons (3 bedroom units) unless specifically agreed upon at time of booking.
* Check-out time is before 12 noon and check-in time after 3 pm.

Rates Exclude

* Damage deposit of 10,000 baht required on arrival which is fully refundable. For monthly bookings, a deposit of 30,000 THB is required. Can be paid in cash or blocked by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
* Airport transfer charged at 800 THB per car per journey.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded. However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing.

Once the final balance is received 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply.

If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses.

Insurance: The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities. It is highly recommended that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage).

Payment Terms

Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking.

The balance of the booking is required 30 days prior to arrival.

For Last Minute bookings within 30 days from arrival, full payment is required before access to the property.

Kalara Gardens are luxury mews house with sea view and swimming pool. Two bedroom luxury home within a selected development of just 11 mews houses. Set on the hillside amongst landscaped gardens in the peaceful coconut groves of Bang Por, offering outstanding sea views over the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Thailand and over to neighbouring Koh Phangan.

All units are set on two stories with two bedrooms, pool-side terrace, spacious living room, dining area, fully fitted western kitchen and guest cloakroom. Each bedroom has its on en-suite bathroom and balcony.

Communal area offer two infinity edge swimming pools, pool table and car parking. Full management program and rental program with proven returns available. Each house has high speed ADSL internet connection.
