Amazing views in a secluded haven

The villa is tucked away in a private area of the island, which is great for any kinds of holidays. It has a spacious living area with Thai decor, with a dining table that overlooks the greenery and ocean from afar. I absolutely loved the bedrooms - it is a loft-style bedroom and you have your own sofa, TV, mini bar, etc. on the lower half of the floor. The bathrooms are especially my favourite part about this villa. Had a fantastic great holiday here. Would come back again x

Tranquil, cliffside villa perfect for a family holiday!

My stay at Silavaree was absolutely perfect! I don't think any part of the stay could have been better than it was. The villa itself is perched on the cliff-side putting it in the perfect position for stunning ocean views. We were greeted by the lovely staff and villa manager every morning - who prepared a more than filling continental breakfast for our family. We were even able to request additional breakfast items (at an added cost) to suit a few of us who had specific dietary requirements. All of the rooms were extremely clean, and fully air-conditioned. But I have to say, the best part (my favourite part) of the rooms were actually the bathrooms. All the bathrooms in Silavaree (especially the Master bedroom) were massive, and had gorgeous bathtubs. From the first point of arrival, we immediately felt as if we were at home. Silavaree really was a home away from home (we had access to a wide range of movies to keep us entertained in the evenings and during the day we spent most of our time lounging around the pool). The villa manager was able to organise a beautiful selection of Thai dishes for our last dinner there which were both absolutely delicious as well as picture perfect! We will definitely be back!

Baan Silavaree is situated high on a private tropical hillside estate in the unspoilt area of Laem Set in the south of Koh Samui, Thailand, with uninterrupted views across the Gulf of Siam to neighbouring islands. It’s within a three-minute drive of the beautiful golden sands of Laem Set beach and the popular Kamalaya wellness centre and spa resort, and 10 minutes from local restaurants, attractions and boats to the neighbouring islands of Koh Tan and Koh Madsum. Samui international airport is 20 kilometres to the north and most of Samui’s attractions are within a 40-minute drive of the villa.

Villa staff can organise in-house treatments from a comprehensive spa menu, carried out by professional beauty and massage therapists (extra cost applies).

Staff can also organise a taxi or rental car with or without driver for sightseeing (additional cost applies).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and sums paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher.

Payment Terms

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, the villa reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.

- For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable.
- For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
- Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa,master card or Amex).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 2.6% admin fee.
