Location
Villa Pangi Gita is set in the traditional Balinese village of Pererenan on the banks of the Pangi River, within the rice field district of Canggu. One of eight properties within the Pangi River Complex, the villa is totally secluded by high walls and lush vegetation. The villa presents a remarkably laidback and undeveloped, tranquil out-of-town setting and gives visitors a privileged insight into the traditions of rural Bali. It is also located very nearby to the sweeping Echo beach which is famous for its panoramic coastline views, legendary sunsets and world class surf breaks. Seminyak, with its trendy boutiques, bars and restaurants, is a mere 20 minutes drive away.

Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
Payment Terms
When making a booking request, the appropriate deposit payment must be made within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, Management reserves the right to void the booking request.
The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by Management:
Standard Payment Policy
* A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable to confirm a booking.
* Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
* The total rental amount is payable for rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request
A scanned copy of bank transfer or payment confirmation slip is required. All bank charges, administration fees and payment processing fees to be borne by Guest.
Luxurious and privacy villa
Villa Pangi Gita looks down a terraced hillside to the tranquil Pangi River that meanders through the sleepy rural village of Pererenan. Perfect for relaxation, peace and privacy, this three-bedroom luxury villa is designed in traditional Balinese style and is nestled amongst sublime tropical gardens and trickling fish ponds. The traditional-style living and sleeping pavilions feature polished teak and terrazzo floors, vaulted ceilings, iron-wood shingle roofs, and large glass doors that open out to the emerald green surrounds.
Villa Pangi Geeta is abound with spaces for guests to unwind and relax including generous open-sided living pavilion cooled by ceiling fans, the air-conditioned study with its large satellite TV and DVD player, and the traditional bale (relaxation gazebo) that overlooks the stunning free-form swimming pool by the river's edge. The air-conditioned master bedroom, located closest to the river, features a queen-size bed, huge walk-in dressing area with generous cupboards and hanging space, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and DVD stereo. It has large glass doors that open onto a garden patio with an outdoor table setting. The ensuite bathroom has sliding glass doors that open to a secluded balcony which is perfect for a massage treatment.
The two air-conditioned guest bedrooms of Villa Pangi Geeta also feature ceiling fans, polished wooden floors, vaulted ceilings and queen-size beds with mosquito canopies. Both rooms have a Balinese-style garden bathroom enclosed within traditional compound walls covered in lichen. Here guests can bathe au naturel under the rain shower or soak in the bathtub set within a teak surround. Each guest bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD player and opens onto its own veranda furnished with day bed and reading chair. The villa is serviced by a team of warm and friendly staff to spoil guests with their exceptional service. The experienced private chef prepares delicious home-cooked meals, while villa attendants take care of daily housekeeping duties and special requests.
