Samui Sunrise Villa is ideally situated in the lush mountainous area of South Chaweng, 300 meters from the main ‘Ring Road’ and less than a kilimeter from the white powdery beaches of beautiful Chaweng Beach, making the villa a perfect base. The island’s most popular bustling beachside strip offers a vibrant nightlife and shopping, while the airport is only 15 minutes north, as are the boutique bars and bistros of Bophut’s Fisherman’s Village and famed ‘Walking Street’ of stylish restaurants and comfortable pubs with views across to Koh Phangan. A few kilometers north on ‘Ring Road’ is Tesco-Lotus and Big C mall shopping and dining, with many small Thai shops, cafes, food stalls and pubs along the way. In the opposite direction is the island’s most beautiful drive going south as it curves around the mountains with fantastic viewing posts for gazing out over the sea and wonderful restaurants perched above the ocean. The villa’s ideal location allows guests to easily combine holiday fun with untroubled downtime in their own relaxing luxury retreat and in exploring this amazing island. Please note that the villa is Bali-Style, whereas, we have a main building with the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Common Areas and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are detached with private entrance. Therefore, we have 3 separate rates for the villa, depending on rooms needed. All bedrooms, however, are on the same level and all face the swimming pool, with sea views and mountain vistas.
Notes on Rates:
* Children are counted as ‘persons’ under the rate structure, unless they are 2 years or younger. In that case, they are not counted and we can provide a baby cot free of charge.
* All rate categories include use full use of common areas, such as living room, kitchen, dining, swimming pool, terraces, etc.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time by notifying us by email. In the event of cancellation or if the booking cancelled due to non-payment of the balance by the specified date the following cancellation charge shall apply:
*Between the booking date and 30 days prior to arrival Deposit charged
*Between 30 days prior to arrival and the arrival date Full payment charged
*Once your final 70% is paid, there is no cancellation refund. However, if you are on your trip and within days of arrival and you choose to arrive earlier and the villa is available, we can move things around for you with no problem

* Payments can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or bank transfer: Please note that all bank fees from the sending bank are at the charge of the sender
* Full payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival date
* Last minute bookings under 30 days are to be paid in full immediately
* A refundable 10,000THB security deposit will be required upon arrival – from this we will deduct 5 THB per unit for electricity. The deposit (minus electric costs) will be returned on your departure provided the villa is left in good order. A copy of your passport is also required upon arrival

Samui Sunrise Villa, constructed over three levels connected by stairwells on a beautifully landscaped, ocean-facing hillside with jaw-dropping sea views from every level of the house, is situated inside an exclusive luxury villa complex with gated entrance and round the clock security. This beautiful and luxurious 4-bedroom/ 5 bathroom villa combines Thai tropical elegance with high European standards and amenities.
The first level offers parking areas with tropical gardens and lawns going up to the pool level featuring four well appointed air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms subtly decorated with attractive Asian art. The 2 master bedrooms are in the main building and a separate ‘Bali-style Wing’ houses 2 more en-suite bedrooms. All have wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck drawing in the cooling sea breezes. In the master suite and guest bedroom an appealing sense of space pervades with walk-in wardrobes and spacious bathrooms.
The airy upper floor comprises an expansive living room, beautifully lit at night with concealed lighting literally folds open from the floor to ceiling windows onto stunning sea and mountain views. Comprised of plush furnishings and a surrounding area sofa for festive social gatherings, the room also boasts of state-of-the-art audio visual systems, as well as an office alcove and library. The attached dining area, seating up to eight at a magnificent Thai designed table is also bathed in arresting island views while adjacent sliding wall-to-ceiling glass doors open to a cushioned outdoor seating and dining area and breakfast bar.
