Peaceful

We spent a week with family and friends on Lombok at Sepoi Sepoi. The staff made our stay so relaxing - they were in the background and always ready to grant our every wish. The food was amazing and the villas perfect. Akmal and Made were so helpful and certainly made sure we had a great week. We had dinner on the beach 4 nights and fireworks on 2 nights which really was a hit. Having the pool and the beach kept the kids busy and the massages helped the adults relax. A truly great holiday thanks to the staff of the villa.

"Beach-front paradise for family retreat and reunion"

What a wonderful place to hold our 2017 Family reunion (Dec 18 - 23). The villa compound is huge and views of the Majestic Mt Agung located in the next island of Bali from the beach is awesome as well as views of the 3 famous small islands (Gili Air, Meno and Trawangan) renowed for great snorkeling which are just minutes boat ride away. We snorkeled at Gili Meno. The boat picked us up 5 mins walk from the beach and dropped us right in-front of the villa during high tide. The accommodations were all super big and accommodated easily our family of 17. It was low tide early in the morning and we truly enjoyed exploring and discovering the sea life exposed. Would recommend wearing water shoes as the beach is covered with broken corals. We stayed at the villa for 5 days enjoying the huge swimming pool, the delicious food cooked by our private chef, daily massages from the spa and watching movies on the big screen in the main living area. It was very relaxing and wonderful. Thank you to Akmal, Made and the entire villa crew for the wonderful service. It was hard to leave and definitely hard to find another villa that would top Villa Sepoi Sepoi.

Wow, Wow, Wow!

Myself and my husband along with 10 of our family members stayed at Villa Sepoi Sepoi for 3 nights. We also had our wedding there, with other friends and family members joining us on the day. Absolutely amazing, beautiful, wonderful place. Firstly the staff, especially Akmal the manager of the villa, were all fantastic. So professional, friendly and provided an amazing service. We hardly had to ask for a thing, food was some of the best we had during our 3 week stay in Lombok and Flores, great quality and so tasty. On our wedding day we couldn't have asked for anything more, all the staff (and of course the other contractors) were all wonderful, everything looked beautiful and ran like clockwork. Because we were only a small group the Villa catered for our wedding meal; canapes, cocktails and 3 course meal and the food was wonderful. The villa and grounds are absolutely beautiful, so much garden space, lovely big pool and stunning private beach, watching the sunset on bean bags with our family was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this place, everything is clean, beautiful and exceptional service. I would not hesitate in recommending people to stay at Villa Sepoi Sepoi.

Complete Bliss

We were thrilled to arrive at Sepoi Sepoi. The journey from the airport is interesting and you wonder where you will end up. Upon arrival you are given a very warm welcome and feel immediately relaxed. We felt so very lucky to have stayed at Sepoi Sepoi. It is located on an unspoilt beach with stunning views. You can take a short boat ride to the Gilis. Gili Meno is still very basic and has beautiful beaches. There are great places to snorkel around the island. Gili Air is a little busier. We stayed away from Gili T as it's a bit too loud and built up for our tastes. You can at times hear the music from Gili T at Sepoi Sepoi so it may be wise to pack your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. This will also help if you prefer not to be woken by the local Mosque for the call to Prayer. Lombok is a beautiful island and a visit to the local school is a must. We hope to return one day.

An unspoilt haven

Being right on the beach guests have the choice of pool and ocean at high tide. It is outstanding for the level of service from the staff, the standard of cooking and its seclusion. They put on a wonderful celebration if you have a special event. a boat can be arranged for the Gili Islands or a car for sight-seeing.

Special spot for family or group get-together.

Just perfect. Our family of seventeen fitted the villa to a T and spent most of our time swimming on the beach at the villa, and in the large pool. The food, prepared by the Villa staff, was delicious and we couldn't have found a better spot to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday celebration: all of us, from 9 to 80 years of age, felt the same. Rooms are spacious. The sea is at the bottom of the garden.

Weddingat Sepoi Sepoi

We had our wedding at the beautiful villa Sepoi Sepoi and would not rate it highly enough. The staff are very attentive, the food is sensational and the beach is your own private paradise. The villa itself could use with some work as the rooms were a tad dated, however, this is very minor. The villa is perfect for a family holiday or a venue (we had 110 people) and is a short boat from to the gilli islands. The location is remote, therefore, it is difficult to get to the bars etc and the drive from the airport is around 2 hours, but the location is worth it!

Perfect family beach holiday

We had a lovely stay at Villa Sepoi Sepoi. Thank you to Akmal and all the other staff for their hospitality, the amazing food, the beautiful sunset cocktails and beach BBQs, organizing the trips, and perfectly maintaining this beach-front villa. The location is great, the villa has a great pool, and is situated on a beautiful quiet strip of beach, yet very close to the vibrant Gili Islands.

Huge Tropical Island Paradise

After 9 days staying in Canggu and Seminyak we headed to Sepoi Sepoi on Lombok for some rest and relaxation (or so we thought! - in a good way) We opted to boat from Padang Bai Harbour - not recommended unless on the big ferry - and it was only a short 15 minute drive from Teluk Kode Harbour on the Lombok side. The villa is hidden away from the road, but opens into a sprawling paradise of palm trees, open air pavilions and large spacious pool area. The endless lawns trail off down on a pristine white sand beach overlooking the Gili Islands and the mountains of the Island. The service of Akmar and his team was amazing, setting up beachside dining for our group of 11 with great seafood BBQ's only a fraction of the great cuisine on offer. The teams ability to quickly set up a full bar down at the beach, giving some peace and quiet to those wanting it up at the main house was amazing, albeit a little too easy to get stuck into a few gins most night! We played Golf at the country club only a few minutes up the road, its no Nirwana (Top Bali Course) but offered us a great round with carts and caddies and some stunning views. A day trip out to the island was arranged and we were picked up and dropped off from the beach. Highly recommend for a large group or family holiday, beautiful BIG tropical paradise - its clearly seen some good times over the years but generally very well kept and a great team on hand to make our stay one for the books. Drive back to the airport for flight home was easy and very scenic along the coast - just shy of 2 hours but very interesting. Great stay, thanks again guys!

Location

Villa Sepoi Sepoi means "Sea Breeze" in Bahasa and is situated on the North Western coast of the beautiful island of Lombok. It takes about 2 hours by car to get to from the Lombok International Airport.

As Lombok is a small island you will be able to explore all of the key attactions including local markets, Mount Rinjani volcano, temples, mosques, sandy beaches, markets and more.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Villa Sepoi Sepoi means "Sea Breeze" in Bahasa and is situated on the North Western coast of the beautiful island of Lombok. It is a new, exclusive hideaway villa designed by the well-known British architect, Jane Taylor and is just a short flight away from Bali, Perth and Singapore.

A holiday at the villa will be a family experience to be cherished. A place to relax and escape the pressures of home and work. A chance to play with the children in a stunning and safe environment and take long, unhurried walks up and down the beach. It is a fantastic location to completely unwind in the pool or at the bar. For the more adventurous, there is the opportunity to climb Mount Rinjani or play a round of golf at the stunning 18 hole Kosaido course next door . A snorkel and dive around the tropical coral of the Gili islands is just 5 minutes by boat from the villa.

Villa Sepoi Sepoi is located 2 hours away by car from Lombok International Airport. It is 30 minutes away from the tourist resort town of Sengigi, 15 minutes away from Tandjung and 5 minutes away from the five star Oberoi hotel.

The villa is designed around a central courtyard and then develops westwards through the sitting room to the infinity pool and beyond to the beach. The garden bedrooms at the eastern side of the courtyard back onto the villa's own orchard.

The buildings are of a traditional Indonesian style of architecture constructed of high-quality local materials. The villa has six large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep three families with children and maids.

The only 2-storey building in the villa, the master bedroom building, forms the southern side of the courtyard. Up the steps to the 'Gold' master suite, one enters 1,000 sq feet of pure luxury. There is a spectacular view out over the Lombok Straits to the Gili islands and Bali and one can enjoy the glorious sunset from the balcony with a gin and tonic. You can relax in the wonderful master bathroom and refresh in the walk-in shower. There is a study for those who need somewhere quiet to think and a private massage room/yoga studio. At the end of the evening, sleep awaits in a luxurious 4-poster bed.

The Blue and Chinese rooms are on the ground floor under the master bedroom. The Blue room has 2 large single beds and 2 further single beds which can be rolled out of sight during the day. There is also a day bed for a nanny. The Chinese room has a double bed and a lovely view out towards the sea. Both rooms enjoy access to a secluded sand garden with chairs for a quiet nap or undisturbed reading. Both rooms have large en-suite bathrooms with large bath tubs and walk-in showers as well as private out-door showers at the back.

The Yellow and Orange rooms form the eastern side of the courtyard and back onto the villa's own orchard with a tranquil, rustic feel. One can relax on a daybed and watch the birds and butterflies. The Yellow room has a large double bed with its own en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower. The Orange room has the same 4 large single bed arrangement as the Blue room.

The Green room is a stand-alone beach bedroom situated in the gardens with beautiful views directly onto the beach. There is a large double bed with a private terrace with sunbeds for total peace.

The infinity pool is between the sitting room and the beach and is the perfect place for splashing around with the children or swimming lengths. There are numerous sunbeds either under the shade of the coconut trees or in the pool bale at the end of the pool overlooking the beach. The swimming pool is set well back from the beach and is very private. There is also a bar for those who wish to tell tales while watching the sun set.
