The Great Escape - just perfect.

Stayed a few nights at Villa Sati as part of a 50th birthday party. The villa is within easy access to the town and some great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance as well. The staff were just amazing, could not help you enough with anything but at the same time were discrete and not in your face... they helped with airport transfers as well as restaurant reservations. We made use o the van to take us into town and to collect us as well... I would stay there again in a heartbeat.... Our villa was modern in feel, bright and spacious with a great bathroom area. Could not fault this in any way...

Sheltered us in our time of need and did it well

We were a party of 6 adults and one 6 yo child without a place to go when our flight got cancelled out of Bali during the volcanic ash event in July. At very short notice we found suitable accommodation at Villa Sati for our party given we didn't know how long we were going to be sticking around. The separate villa's were perfect to provide space when it might be required. It's not always serene when you have no idea when you can get home and someone has to check in with air lines and travel agents to try and secure a flight out. The staff were available, if not as attentive as we had at our previous accommodation. Gusti rates a special mention as does the Chef, the food was truly superb. Breakfast was included and a feast it was. We ate at the villa most nights across most of the varied menu and we weren't disappointed once. The villas themselves were all spacious and well appointed. On first look I was excited about the open air bathroom, but, after 9 nights, it losses its gloss, especially on hot humid evenings, insects are attracted to the lights and late night trips to the loo can't be undertaken half asleep. We did love the pool! We also liked the location, close to a couple of laundries, cafes, beauty/massage (close walk) and a short drive to Canggu water park (entry included in the rate), strike bowl and bounce park. This was great for occupying the child of the party especially. Overall, great, place to shelter while waiting our turn to get home, helped keep us relaxed during uncertain times.

40th Reunion with Five Families in Three Villas

We were 11 adults, 14 kids (ranging from 18 months to 9 years) and stayed across three of the five Villas. The space in each villas meant sharing with another family was not ever an issue. There was some distance between Sati and Dewi Sri. The staff were friendly and very accomodating and very helpful to all of our needs. We had a renewal of wedding vows at Villas Sati and several luxurious meals, which were as good if not better then many of the restaurants we visited. Being 10-15 minutes from Seminyak was not an issue. There was always access to cars to run us all around. Highly recommend the Dea Villas.

這次到峇里島Villa Sati住了五天四夜，真是一趟「五星級享受、三星級花費」的痛快度假，除了Villa的景觀環境，渾然天成、無與倫比，我們還有專屬的管家、廚師和司機。Villa Sati已不只是poor Villa，屬於Private Villa等級的它，更是一處每個細節都關注到的「五感美境」。每天一早起床，拉開窗簾，映入眼簾的是一片美麗綠境，空氣中充滿清新氣息。早餐是前一晚點餐、新鮮現做的美味，不必放CD，自然有蟲鳴鳥叫，就算坐著吹風，也很陶醉。一輪明月映在游泳池畔的美麗夜晚，我們游著泳，邊享受事先準備的蔬果。Villa Sati不只有建築、氛圍的美，它的一景一物都是藝術。眼、耳、口、鼻、心，同時到位的讚嘆，若沒有一位專注、用心、有藝術美感的主人，是不可能呈現的。同行的友人，曾到泰國東方文華酒店、香港半島酒店朝聖，對這兩家維修很好、很舒適的名牌飯店，都有美好印象。這次住了Villa Sati後，她才發現，能以個人之力，投注心血的用心，更是「名牌中的名牌」，在Villa Sati，我們對「幸福」，都有新的體會。

Dream Holiday, Dream Villa!

I would Highly recommend Dea Villa's to anyone in a large family especially with children. We were a total of 13 guests so we took up Villa Amy and Villa Sati. Both equally as amazing as each other. Each room was very spacious with king size four poster beds. They were typical Balinese style but with a modern twist to it. bathrooms were all outdoors, with a huge terrazzo bathtub which was amazing! all rooms were cleaned daily, towels and toiletries replaced with new ones everyday. All in all was very clean and were were extremely happy. Another major point was the location, we found it very easy to get around. we hired a 14 seater car and also the driver was very friendly and helpful. We loved the Villa so much that non of us even wanted to leave, the staff were zoo friendly and that partly made our holiday even more amazing. when a Villa says 24hr butler service i can assure you we got that service. even at 3 or 4am they were more than happy to make us sandwiches and serve us our drinks. i would recommend this villa to everyone! we had the best holiday ever! when we walked in everyone was just soo excited and impressed with the place we didn't even want to leave! I would definitely return!!!!

Charme et raffinement

Tous nos remerciement a toute l’équipe de DEA VILLAS a Canggu sur Bali. Un havre de paix et une décoration locale digne d'un musée. Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Sati. Une chambre magnifique avec des murs en vitre pour laisser passer la lumière, un immense dressing et une salle de bain a ciel ouvert...Génial !! Nous avons profiter de la piscine l’après-midi et avons rejoins nos amis dans la même structure qui regroupe 4 villas autour de la piscine et sur le haut, un joglo (maison locale), pour partager dans le salon, l’apéritif ainsi que le diner. L'emplacement des villas permet d’être, en même temps indépendant et dans le même espace que vos amis. D'autres villas offre un emplacement indépendant avec séparation végétale et piscine privée. Je recommande fortement le séjour a DEA VILLAS qui permet de séjourner dans le sud de Bali, proches des commerces mais dans un calme serein !! Bravo encore et merci pour séjour !

Villa Sati is part of the Dea Villas complex, which is located on a quiet side road in Berawa close to Canggu. Set amidst the rice fields, the villa enjoys an idyllic rural setting, yet is within convenient distance of the restaurants, bars, clubs and social activities of Seminyak, the cosmopolitan heart of Bali. Berawa Beach is less than a kilometre away, as is the Canggu Club where Dea Villa guests enjoy complimentary membership during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Description

Offering a unique level of privacy

Villa Sati consists of a six individual pavilions set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The largest is the open-sided living pavilion, which overlooks the large free-form swimming pool. Encircling the pool are four joglo pavilions, each housing a bedroom with garden bathroom and sun terrace. The sixth and smallest building is an antique lumbung (traditional rice barn), which also doubles as a playhouse.

Each of the four spacious bedroom suites of villa Sati occupies its own pavilion and enjoys an unusual degree of privacy. One is furnished with a king-size bed while the other three have twin beds that convert to a king. Each bedroom has a recessed daybed that also doubles as a bed for an extra guest, and private terrace facing the pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature iPod dock, 32-inch TV with satellite channels and DVD player. Spacious dressing areas open onto a garden bathroom with twin basins, walk-in rain shower, and a statement bathtub.

The large open-sided, fan-cooled living pavilion of villa Sati is decorated with exotic oriental antiques and tribal artefacts. It is fitted with casual rattan lounge seating and a three-metre long dining table. Beyond an ornate Balinese door is the guest kitchen, well-equipped with all holiday essentials. Outdoors, the large garden houses a lagoon-style pool and an amphitheatre-style performance space, perfect for traditional Balinese dances or wedding ceremonies. The pool is encompassed by loungers and an authentic old lumbung (rice barn) for retreat or play.
