Location
Villa Canggu South is located about 100 meters from the Canggu beach in a local village neighbourhood. A few minutes walk will bring you to the stretch of bars and restaurants that are especially popular in the evenings. Echo Beach, known for its pounding surf, is also a short walk from the beach. Nelayan Beach, which is immediately in front of the villa, is also popular with surfers. At about 10 kms, guests can access the smart boutiques, spas restaurants and nightspots of Jalan Laksmana (also called Jalan Kayu Aya) and Jalan Raya Seminyak.

Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
Payment Terms
Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Contemporary villa close to the beach
The contemporary-styled, two-in-one Villa Canggu, is an ideal accommodation option for families, couples, or group of friends, who wish to enjoy a perfect beach holiday in Bali. The villa is close enough to hear the surf, and is located in Canggu, which is the fastest evolving as Bali’s hippest seaside scene. The two separate residences, consisting of four-bedroom Villa Canggu South and two-bedroom Villa Canggu North, can be rented jointly or independently. The villa is serviced by a professional team of staff including a manager, butlers, security, a car and driver, and a private chef.
The master bedroom of Villa Canggu South is located on the ground floor. Fitted with a king-size bed, sofa, mirrored wardrobes and desk, the luxurious bedroom has sliding doors that open to a terrace. The glamorous marble bathroom is fitted with a sunken jacuzzi bathtub for two and a walk-in rain shower. The ground floor guest suite has twin beds that convert to a king, a comfy sofa. The ensuite Palimanan stone bathroom is fitted with a large circular soaking tub for two and a walk-in shower. The two upstairs guest suites are each furnished with king-size beds. The front bedroom guests can enjoy the additional space provided by a large stone balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Both the guest suites have Palimanan stone bathrooms equipped with a walk-in rain shower.
The living area of Villa Canggu South consists of the living and dining room. It can be accessed by a grand flight of stone steps leading up from the pool terrace. The living area is furnished with a comfy sofa and equipped with a 60-inch satellite TV, DVD player and quality sound system. At the other end is a bar and dining area, and a few steps up, the professional service kitchen. A spiral staircase leads to a unique chill-out mezzanine ‘reading room’ located at roof level. The glass doors open to a veranda, which offers views of the ocean and is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail. Outdoors, the swimming pool occupies pride of place with a waterfall at one end and a children’s pool at the other. The pool is adorned with loungers and umbrellas. There is also space for alfresco dining.
