Villa Canggu North

Great facility offering extended family accommodation option. Ideal for use in conjunction with family wedding at Arnalaya. Close to beach and easy walking access to Finns Beach Club, Old Man's Bar and Echo Beach. Wonderfully obliging and friendly, helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Only negative - bathrooms a little tired... and watch out for the clear glass toilet screen when going from the bedroom to bathroom in the dark! We'd definitely recommend Villa Canggu North (and/or South) for anyone requiring villa-style accommodation for extended family / group in Canggu.

Wonderful stay at Villa Canggu North

A wonderful stay at a beautiful villa close to the beach. Highly recommended for privacy, great location, relaxed atmosphere at Canggu with everything you need available by the helpful staff. The villa rooms are comfortable and having air conditioning in the lounge is much needed during the hot afternoons. Minor improvements are bathroom stalls and toilets that needed abit of scrubbing to be sparkling clean. Also, the swimming pool does not have easy access to get in and out so a step ladder needs to be installed.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Tolles Personal, vor allem super Koch, sehr schöne großzügig geschnittene Villa mit 2 Pools, Garten ist toll angelegt. Einzig die Bettenausstattung (unbequeme Kissen, Decken waren scheinbar nicht atmungsaktiv) und die Art der installierten Klimaanlagen haben zu keiner guten Nachtruhe geführt.

Beautiful villa and great staff

I stayed at Villa Canggu with a friend and had a wonderful time. The villa decor is very modern and beautifully done. It's not Balinese, but ample, minimalist and very tasteful. Large and airy dinning and living rooms downstairs and also very spacious rooms upstairs. The location is great, a few steps from the beach and a few minutes from the shops and restaurants - you might prefer to rent a scooter / get taxis to get around as the roads in Canggu are not great for walking. The staff was also a highlight - incredibly friendly and helpful. All the food we had at the villa was delicious and very well prepared. The only thing I would suggest to make it even better is perhaps a little bit more of an introduction to the villa and canggu from the staff when we arrived: such as best time to order meals and options, villa facilities, best ways to get around Canggu, suggestions of what to do and see around the area. But saying that, all our queries were met with helpful answers and smiles - all in all a very pleasant experience.

Superb villa, brilliant staff in a very relaxing location.

Canggu is a great town and the Villa is awesome. Beautifully decked out with all the right gear and technology and lots of cool art. Lanang and the team spoil you with amazing service and outstanding food. Eat Indonesian, it's 5 star. The beach is 50 meters down the road but the villa pool is hard to leave. We'll be back or sure.

Beautiful contemporary villa with best Chef ever!

Stayed for 5 days with children 10 and 13 yrs. Well maintained villa, pool, and garden with excellent staff, that caters to every need. Good beds, spacious bathrooms. Really excellent Chef and kitchen staff who offer both Western and Asian foods of superb quality. Just for the food we will come back to Villa Canggu.

Location

Villa Canggu North is located about 100 meters from the Canggu beach in a local village neighbourhood. A few minutes walk will bring you to the stretch of bars and restaurants that are especially popular in the evenings. Echo Beach, known for its pounding surf, is also a short walk from the beach. Nelayan Beach, which is immediately in front of the villa, is also popular with surfers. At about 10 kms, guests can access the smart boutiques, spas restaurants and nightspots of Jalan Laksmana (also called Jalan Kayu Aya) and Jalan Raya Seminyak.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Description

Luxurious villa near Canggu beach

The contemporary-styled, two-in-one Villa Canggu North consists of two separate residences: Canggu South and Canggu North. Both the residences can be booked independently or together for a large group. The entrance to the north villa leads into a large L-shaped living and dining area. The two interconnected bedrooms are located on the first floor. The villa is serviced by a professional team of staff including a manager, butlers, security, a car and driver, and a private chef.

The two bedrooms of Villa Canggu North are air-conditioned. They are equipped with a 21-inch satellite-channel TV, DVD player, an iPod dock, and a safe deposit box. Both the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with rain shower. They are interconnected by sliding doors and are ideal for families. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted to twins, and is decorated with hand-painted wall murals.

The living area of Villa Canggu North consists of a beautiful living room, dining room with a dining table, kitchenette and lounge area with sofas arranged around a TV and entertainment centre. Sliding glass doors lead to the the sundeck and pool. The outdoor space is dominated by an eight-metre pool bordered by a timber sun deck furnished with loungers and umbrellas. A retractable wall between the two gardens separates the two villas to ensure complete privacy.
