Villa Asante is located about 300 metres from Echo Beach, a lively surfing destination in the trendy district of Canggu on Bali's south-west coast. The beach is famous for its pounding surf, expanse of sand, popular cafés, and panoramic coastline views. Even though the villa enjoys a tranquil setting, it is not far from a lively social scene - those who love the bright lights and late nights can be in Seminyak in well under 30 minutes. A stay in the villa also puts you in close proximity to a dance school, surf schools and yoga studios, two sports centres including the Canggu Club, numerous spas and beauty lounges, and some chic beachwear boutiques.

Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
Payment Terms
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Luxury pool villa near Echo beach
Villa Asante has been designed specifically for families. This two-storey villa has four bedrooms (with extra trundle beds for kids), a pair of open-sided pavilions for living and dining, an air-conditioned TV room, a swimming pool, a kids pool, a large bale relaxation pavilion, and an expansive flat lawn. The design and décor reflects a deep respect for the natural environment. The holiday home is amply equipped with staff, facilities and comforts to ensure a most restful stay, including butlers, housekeeping issues, and a private chef.
The two master bedrooms of villa Asante are located down and have terraces in front. They are furnished with king-size beds, and equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and satellite-channel TV/DVD players. The spacious en-suite bathrooms are fitted with bathtub and two showers, one indoors, and one offering an alfresco showering experience. One of the guest bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed while the other has twins (convertible to a king). Sliding glass doors open on to a wide balcony, presenting lovely views of the garden. All the bedrooms have a satellite-channel TV/DVD player. The en-suite bathrooms feature non-slip acid marble floors and a walk-in rain shower.
The living pavilion of villa Asante is open on three sides and is illuminated with mood lighting. It is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans, and furnished with deeply cushioned sofas. For entertainment, the living area features a 42-inch satellite-channel TV and DVD player together with a Bose sound system. Stepping stones across the pool link the living pavilion with the dining pavilion and kitchen. Adjacent to the dining area is the open-plan designer kitchen and a wide service bar. The TV room, furnished with deeply upholstered sofas, provides a cosy and quiet escape. The main highlight outdoors is the swimming pool which includes a shallow area for kids. There is also a timber sundeck and an open-sided bale relaxation pavilion with a cushioned floor next to the pool. The garden is planted with fragrant frangipani trees, travellers' palms and coconut trees. The velvety lawn is perfect for outdoor games or wedding parties.
