Cancellation Policy
Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 30% for full payment. In case of a split payment, the down payment is always non-refundable.
Payment Terms
* Booking deposit: 30% (via Bank transfer or card) if more than 30 days or 100% if less than 30 days.
* Balance payment (70%): 30 days prior arrival.
* A Security Deposit of 10 700 THB (300 USD) is collected upon check in and refundable upon check out.
Exceptional pool villa near the beach
The newly built 2-bedroom Deluxe villa Mai Tai provides luxury accommodation.
The ground level comprises large living room with high ceilings (providing more light) and kitchen with breakfast bar. The room has access to the pool deck and is adjacent to the air-conditioned dining area sitting up to 6-8 people. Sliding doors seamlessly join indoor and outdoor spaces. There is a projection screen on the wall over the pool, right in front of the sitting room and dining area. So the pool area is easily transformed into the open-air cinema and guests can enjoy their favorite movie staying in the living room or sitting in the comfortable armchairs on the pool terrace. This level also includes spacious master bedroom (about 30 sq. m) with its own Jacuzzi, large wardrobe and shower room with toilet. Second bedroom (25 sq. m, ceiling height of 3 m) with bathroom is located on the first level that can be reached by an outdoor staircase at the rear of the villa. This stylish cozy villa features fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
