Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
* 75% of the reservation deposit or the total amount of reservation (whichever is greater) will be refunded for any cancellations of more than 45 days prior to arrival
* 50% of the total amount of reservation will be refunded for any cancellations of between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival
* No refund for any no shows or cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival
Note: Any bank charges or fees incurred in connection with the money transfer will also be deducted from the refund money.

Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the full payment to book the villa and it is non-refundable.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by transfer to our company bank account.
* Or through an online payment gateway with your credit card. If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur with an admin fee.

Villa has two levels: on the ground level there are huge living room and two bedrooms. Big laundry and storage room have an direct access from fully set up kitchen and backyard. Master bedroom with balcony and luxury bathroom is located at the second floor in main building. Private parking equipped with remote controlled gate.
