Location
The villa is located in a quiet, newly built residential area close to Kata Center. Within walking distance is one of Phuket's finest beaches - Kata beach, that is highly regarded for being a quiet location but still with upscale restaurants, bars and small boutique shopping. Also within walking distance you have grocery stores, restaurants, hairdressers, laundry, massage, etc. Just 20 minutes to Patong and 5 minutes to Chalong this is a great location in the southern area of the west coast.

* Breakfast, extra cleaning, chefs service can be arranged for additional cost
Cancellation Policy
The guests will pay 50% in cancellation fee.

Reservation deposit that is due to be paid at time for booking: 50% of the rental price, non-refundable
Balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 40,000 Baht in cash on arrival. The security deposit the guests are welcome to pay in US dollar or Euro (other currency might be acceptable).

Many modern luxuries and extras are in this modern and stylish villa in Kata, Phuket. Here you can enjoy panoramic views over the city, the ocean and the tropical jungle, or take a dip in the 32sqm infinity pool and Jacuzzi that exist both indoors and outdoors. Take the opportunity to view a good movie on home theater equipment with projector and surround sound system, or sip on temperate wines from the wine refrigerator or cook food in the fully equipped European kitchen. The villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends travelling together. Although there are five bedrooms in the villa, there are two additional beds so it can actually sleep 12.
Located on the lower level of the villa are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. On the upper level are three bedrooms, all have air-conditioning and large glass openings out to the upper terrace/balcony, with all its views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 46" TV and DVD, safety box, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and Jacuzzi where the windows can fully be opened so that the feeling arises that you are sitting outdoors in the tropical jungle with sea views. One of the remaining two bedrooms has a king size bed and the other one has two single beds. Both rooms have a 32” TV, DVD, ensuite bathrooms and connecting doors between the rooms. This is suitable for families with small children.
All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, wash basins and toilets, although the Master also has a Jacuzzi. There is also a separate toilet that is mainly for guests.
There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen that is used for informal dining. On the terrace there is a dining area with a dining table. The terrace invites you to many beautiful moments in the sun, and in the evening you can enjoy the incredible sunset that nosedives into the sea while partaking in a spot of dinner.
The ultra-modern European kitchen is designed in a U-shape where you can sit and eat at the black granite counter. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob, Circotherm oven, wine cooler, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
A welcoming open floor plan living space with large windows that open to breathtaking views and infinity pool in the foreground faces you when you step into the very tastefully furnished lounge area. Within the open floor plan you will find the modern kitchen, dining and living rooms rolled into one.
