The location is quite and peaceful and it’s a tastefully decorated modern villa.
You simply walk out the door and just a 2 minute walk you are on the beach. Turn left and you have Finns Beach Club, turn right and you are at Old Man’s. The perfect location!

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.
Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due or 50% for Christmas and New Year period.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.
Luxary private villa very close to the breach
Upon entering this luxurious villa, you are greeted by a stunning open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge space with the pool as your back drop. This area can be opened up or closed off.
In the lounge area there is a flat screen tv offering satellite tv, dvd and sound system.
There is a stylish 6 seater dining table for those days and evenings when you decide to eat in, and of course breakfast served each morning.
Surrounding the pool there is a sunbathing area for you to treat yourself and enjoy if you decide to laze the day away, or you may like to rest under the tranquil Bale and read a book or even taken an afternoon siesta.
This villa has everything you need to start relaxing and get your holiday started as soon as you enter this stunning property.
The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated each with air conditioning and their own ensuite and built in wardrobes.
Each bedroom has a shower and also has a stunning terrazzo bathtub for you to soak and relax in too.
Every bedroom also has it’s own tv and dvd player.
Note all linen, bath and beach towels, hairdryers, and some toiletries are provided.
The beds are extremely large king size beds where you can sleep comfortably on the pillow top mattresses, on the fabulous four post beds as depicted in the photos shown.
We have a separate powder room there also for when you have guests come to visit.
There is a BBQ for you to use if needed, please speak to the manager about this and it will be delivered to the property at the time you require it.
There is fast and free wi-fi service throughout the villa, we also give you a mobile phone with local number for you to use during your stay.

There is a safe at the property to store your valuables and at night there is security.
There is a beautiful temple close by near the beach and you are surrounded by lots of trees. The area is very quiet and relaxing.
