Rates Exclude
- Housekeeping for shorter stays this is available upon request (extra charge).
- Breakfast 400 Baht per person per day and if required for 5 or more days, then 300 Baht per person per day
- Airport pick up can be arranged for 500 Baht one way.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
Low and High Season Bookings, cancellation notified at least 60 days prior to arrival:
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.
Payment Terms
Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the full payment to book the villa.
Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival
Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.

Bedrooms
Villa Melo lower can comfortably sleep six in its three bedrooms. The first bedroom is located at the entrance level, near the parking and opens on to a terrace, overlooking the pool. The terrace has outdoor dining setting and chairs to take in the peaceful views. The bedroom also has an attached bathroom and its own private balcony. Stairs on the back of the house lead to the upper floor that houses the other two bedrooms. Decorated in white, these bedrooms have large sliding glass doors and windows for maximum views. The big balcony with lounge furniture and sunbeds can be accessed by both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with free toiletries.
Living areas
The living area of villa Melo lower is on the entrance level and is fitted with two sofas and a smart TV. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals. There is also a kitchen island that can be moved aside for additional space. Outdoors, the guests can relax in the terrace, enjoying the cool breezes, taking in the mesmerizing sunsets, or taking a cool dip in the adjoining pool. There is also a gym located on the upper villa which can also be accessed by the guests of the lower villa.
