Cancellation Policy
Guests canceling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 30% for full payment. In case of a split payment, the down payment is always non-refundable.

* 30% down payment for dates allocation and balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.
* Security Deposit of 16 500 THB (500 USD) will be collected upon check in and refundable upon check out.
An exceptional contemporary villa near the beach
This stylish contemporary 3-bedroom villa includes everything you will ever need for a comfortable and joyful vacation. Freshly built, villa Belini radiates with positive vibes, sunny mood and tropical charm. An exceptional choice for both romantic holidays and a cheerful family bunch who loves spending time outside!
Located just 300m away from the sea on one of the best family beaches on the island - Ban Tai Beach. It’s a northern part of the island and due to geography, this beach is the safest and the most calm one of the bunch. Nice and tidy, private and quiet with silky sands and shallow entry into the waters. The ideal location for a big family with kids or a couple of lovebirds.
The first thing that greets you to the premises of villa Belini is a (вставить площадь) sq.m non-chlorine swimming pool along with an outdoor shower surrounded by exotic tropical flora. Then adjacent to the pool is a big open area that you can use both for subneds, umbrellas and cocktails or dining under the open sky and bbq partying. Ban Tai signature home cinema with projector screen is located in the poolside area, so you can watch your favorite movies from the water or the comfy couch if you fancy, nothing is stopping you!
The front sliding doors of the villa can be opened to extend and merge dining and kitchen areas. The funky turquoise-colored kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and some of the luxury appliances like the dishwasher. Large fridge, oven, microwave and a breakfast island - there is enough space and tools for a chef to cook the most exquisite dishes or warm up quick snacks. The living room houses a huge TV panel with AppleTV and a party-size corner couch in case the weather isn’t as welcoming for the outdoors cinema.
Just pass the living room\kitchen you’re entering the first floor bedroom, which shares the same elegant wooden furniture and layout as the other 2 bedrooms upstairs. The only difference would be the color accents and an en suite bathtub exclusive to the first floor bedroom. King- or queen-size beds with orthopedic mattresses available to your choosing, aircons, big and spacey wardrobes, nightstands and private bathrooms with showers.
Bathtub however doesn’t mean that the first floor bedroom is a master one, as the second floor both have high ceilings - which feel absolutely amazing - and one of them has access to a large balcony overlooking the pool. Bright, colorful, elegant, spacey and - most of all - comfortable.
The villa is also comes with all of the necessary and handy partying tools and furniture. Colorful and cozy lounge bags, bottle cooler, high-speed internet, big barbecue and furniture enough to house a really-really big party. And if there isn’t enough bedding for all of you - you can rent the neighboring villa and visit each other quick and easy through maintenance passage.
One thing that’s very important to mention is that it’s absolutely safe and convenient if you’re staying with small children. The pool has a safety perimeter dug-out with rubber protectors, the staircase railing is nice and rounded, the stairs themselves are not slippery, there are no dangerous glass decorations or ridiculous displays of designer’s artistic vision. Everything is made to live comfortably, relax and be happy. There is also a tool shed and maintenance room with laundry machine.
