Skye Beach Villas are located on the serene Plai Laem beach facing the breathtaking canvas of evening sunsets. With a feeling of being on your own private beach within your own private sanctuary, guests can truly enjoy the feeling of getting away from it all. This is beautifully complemented by the ease of getting anywhere and in just a few minutes, guests can enjoy fabulous cafés, bars and restaurants. With a buzzing lifestyle that encompasses casual and fine dining, beach bars, day and night clubs, excellent shopping from upmarket boutiques to local markets and day island hopping, days can be filled or used to simply kick back and relax. Kids will love the water-sports offered across many of the island beaches, the water parks and cinemas and enjoy travelling across the palm tree canopy whilst zip lining though the islands jungle. Supermarkets and the airport are just a short distance away and guests can really enjoy doing anything they feel too.

Rates Exclude

The following services are available on request:
* Airport transfers THB 400 per van each way (maximum 6 adults/van)
* Transfer from Seatran ferry pier Nathon THB 650 per van each way (maximum 6 adults/van)
* Meals can be ordered from the resort's contract restaurant from the menu in the room or via the various food delivery Apps on the island
* Extra bed at THB 1,200 per night
* For monthly rentals with special rate there is a refundable security/damage deposit of THB 35,000 required to be paid in cash on arrival. Also electricity will be charged separately at THB 6.94 per unit.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing (email):

30 days or more before arrival date:
50% of the total amount will be charged
Within 30 days before arrival:
100% of the total will be charged

We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19, the below terms and conditions apply:
* the customer can postpone the date of stay up to one year from the original booked dates. If the new dates fall over a higher season the difference in the rate will need to be paid.
* if the customer chooses to cancel the reservation the accommodation will refund 50% of the total price.
* there may be a need to provide proof of the reason for not being able to travel

Payment Terms

* To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required. The balance is then payable at least 30 days before arrival.
* If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival 100% payment is required.

Whilst the retreat like feel of the garden villas creates an otherworldly indoor-outdoor experience at this tropical oasis offering complete privacy.

Beach
With each residence providing private access to the beach, guests can enjoy the calm and quiet beach of Plai Laem. The sea directly outside our hotel is usually too shallow inside the reef for swimming, and this makes it a safer area generally, but caution is advised with small children. It is a quiet stretch of beach with no jet skis or hawkers. There are other beaches close by in Choengmon and of course the famous Chaweng Beach which is somewhat busier. Crystal Cove is a taxi ride away and is another popular location.

Opulent oceanfront bedrooms have big blue-water views and are appointed with exquisite linens, sublime finishes, beautiful tropical fully equipped bathrooms and state-of-the-art connectivity.

Dining options abound from an elegant indoor dining area or an outdoor dining under a covered terrace, or requests can be made with optional chef service for a beach dining set up.
