Festive Season Supplements (inclusive of Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinner):
* Christmas Eve - Adult USD 100 per person; Children 6-12 years USD 50 per person; Children under 6 years USD 30 per person
* New Years Eve - Adult USD 125 per person; Children 6-12 years USD 65 per person; Children under 6 years USD 40 per person

* Please smoke in outdoor designated areas and avoid smoking in rooms and non ventilated areas of the villa.
* Please note: self-cooking is not allowed
* The kitchen & pool service closes at 11PM.
* When entertaining guests at the Villa, we kindly request for the total number of people to be limited to the maximum number pre
approved by the Villa Management, furthermore only villa guests can stay beyond midnight.
* Strictly no more than the number of guests the booking is processed for will be allowed inside the villa premises
* Weddings and events need to be discussed with the Villa Management for approval and will incur an Event Fee for use of premises
* Breach of house rules will lead to cancellation of the booking with no refund

Cancellation Policy

* All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by the Villa Management
* Cancellation prior to 30 days subject to 50% cancellation fee
* Cancellation between 15 to 30 days subject to 75% cancellation fee
* Cancellation between 1 to 14 days subject to 100% cancellation fee

* 21st Dec 2022 to 10th Jan 2023 bookings will be deemed as non-refundable

No-show Policy
* No-shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 50% fee on the full room rate for the entire length of stay

Payment Terms

* 50% Deposit required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
* Balance 50% to be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival

* Any extra consumption to be paid directly to the hotel prior to departure
