Wonderful villa in Seminyak

We’ve just left the wonderful Villa Jajaliluna after our 5 night stay - we really should have stayed longer! What a little oasis of chill in busy Seminyak.... The villa is just stunning, colonial styled with lots of white & rattan furniture. Plenty of sun lounges, day beds and large couches spread around the living areas allowing many hours of laying around soaking up the sun - or reading a book & dozing. All this surrounding the magnificent pool. Bedrooms all have private ensuites and very comfy beds. Of course one of the main reasons I chose Jajaliluna above the myriad of other villas in Seminyak (I have stayed at others) was its location - 200m to KudeTa - 500m the other way to Sea Circus - prob a 10 min walk to Seminyak Square. Perfect! Another reason now for us to come back, is the staff! Lead by manager Wayan, they were all so beautiful. Their smiling faces greet us everyday - nothing too much trouble and always happy to help. (A good grasp of English is also very welcome) we had breakfast every day which they will provide to your liking. We started with a fruit platter, then toast and eggs, one day we had pancakes - so light and fluffy just beautiful! The spring rolls offered on our arrival were a hit too, we requested them daily for an afternoon nibble! Wayan really does go above & beyond though, offering to take our daughters friend back to her villa on his motorbike, dashing out to change money for me, sorting out our Airport Transfer even though we had checked out of the villa - and our flight departure changed several times!! Not to mention running around trying to organize tickets for my daughter to a concert at Old Mans. Thank you Wayan! On a side note, if you book through Elite Havens - they offer a ‘Concierge Service’ prior to your stay. They can organize ANYTHING for your stay - arrival transfers, restaurant bookings, concert tickets, fast track service. Yes, Villa Jajaliluna is pricey, but I think worth it for its style, the staff, and its location.

Excellent staff and stay. Great location.

Stayed here for the first time in April 2017 over the Easter break. My friends have stayed at the neighbouring Villa Lulito but as that was booked, we tried this one. They share a wall so the two villas share an entrance from the main road. The villa a modern and totally worth the premium you pay - for its location, modern fittings, staff attitude, etc. It's also great for kids as the pool is not too deep and they provide enough pool toys as well. The also prepare the food for you like in most villas based on your preference so the kids can have their choices as well. And the same goes for the other meals but when in Bali, the idea is to discover all the local restaurants as well. And this place is 100 mts from Ku de Ta so... They also provide transport as long as you pay for the fuel which is fare enough. At least you don't need to wait around for taxis. There are enough restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance as well. I would totally stay here again as my daughter loved the villa and would not leave the pool for a second!

Simply amazing

Had such an amazing time at Villa Jajaliluna! The villa itself is beautiful and even better in real life! The rooms are spacious and the outside open feel to all the living was great! The food is amazing and is worth having meals there! We had breakfast daily (which is fantastic- can have beautiful Indonesian, eggs Benedict or some seriously good pancakes) & also stayed for some beautiful lunches and dinners. Wayan himself is the best!! He is such a great help and leads a fantastic team of staff. Everyone is so lovely and helpful, they all ensure that you have the best and most relaxing time. Wayan also got us the best exchange rates and changed over our money which was great! We have stayed at many Bali villas and this is certainly one of the best. Cannot recommend this villa enough!!

Magic!

I chose this villa to celebrate my birthday with family and friends after visiting Bali doing my research and actually checking out the villas. Jajaliluna stood out from the rest and I would go back in a heart beat, the location, standard of accomodation and staff were brilliant. We spent most of our stay in and around the pool...... total indulgence and relaxation!!

Had a fantastic stay with 9 people. Beautiful villa and staff. The food that the staff cooked was absolutely excellent. Recommend staying in for dinner at least once. We had a fabulous time.

We were family of 10. 4 adults and 6 kids. I would say that the entire time of our stayed was nothing but great and satisfactions. Villa!!! Oh my Location!!! Perfect Cleanliness!!! Super Food !!! Excellent Service!!! Nothing but the best Staff!!! Greater than great Me and my husband been in Bali more than hundred times. And no doubt! Incredible stay

What a fabulous villa - couldn't have asked for better location and the staff are the biggest asset Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful , nothing was too much hassle for them to assist in arranging From dinner reservations to private boat hire they can handle with complete ease. The rooms are tastefully furnished all with large en suite bathrooms and the most comfortable beds. A perfect place to relax and spoil yourself

My family and I had the pleasure of staying ay the villa for the second time and I must say I am still in awe at the level of service provided by the staff led by Wayan Petu and Komang,I am sorry not to name all the staff as all were brilliant. The villa was in tip top shape on arrival and it was like catching up with old friends we all felt at home immediately ,we had our two grand children with us who would cheerfully stay foreverThe food prepared by the inhouse chef was as good if not better than any thing we had eating out in restaurants so I would take more advantage of that service next time we are more than happy to recommend villa jajaliluna as a great family getaway

Our little slice of heaven....

This is our 3rd year staying at Villa Jajaliluna and it never fails to impress every time we walk through the door. It honestly is like stepping into your own little slice of paradise. The staff at the villa are extremely attentive, welcoming and gracious and the villa itself is always extremely well cared for and maintained. Wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else when visiting Bali.

Villa Jajaliluna is set in the heart of the fashionable Oberoi area on Bali's south-western coast. The residence is about twenty-five minutes' drive from the international airport, and convenient for all of the main shops, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots of Bali. The magnificent Seminyak beach with its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets is just 100 metres away. Guests of the villa are also eligible for complimentary membership of The Canggu Club throughout the duration of their stay. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the villa, the club offers sports, social and leisure facilities, including a state-of-the art gym, a 25-metre swimming pool and a tennis & squash centre.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Description

Luxury and peaceful villa near the beach

The symmetrical Jajaliluna villa is comprised of three separate, self-contained pavilions set around a stunning swimming pool, adjacent to a flat green lawn within a walled courtyard garden. The main 2-storey pavilion houses the living room, together with a breezy upstairs mezzanine and balcony, and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a family lounge, which doubles as a yoga pavilion, and an elegant dining pavilion. All the rooms have glass doors that can be opened to allow in the cool breezes and closed for air conditioned comfort.

Water plays a pivotal role in the agriculturally-based culture of Bali, and this has been reflected in the layout of villa Jajaliluna. A stunning swimming pool connects the three pavilions. The pool flows with the living design and comes right up to the edge of the rooms to create an intimate connection between each pavilion. A timber sundeck extends from the main living area, and Palimanan stone sun terraces are situated opposite each other on either side of the pool. One terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and umbrellas while the other has a barbeque and a large table with bench seats for alfresco dining.

The single-storey lounge pavilion is a square building with a clever design that allows guests to completely fold back the doors on three sides to create an open-air pavilion, cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans. It is equipped with a satellite TV and DVD player and books. It also doubles as a yoga pavilion. The dining pavilion of villa Jajaliluna is the same shape and size as the lounge pavilion, complete with a Bengkirai wood floor and glass doors that can be completely folded back on three sides to create an open-air ambience, cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans. The mood generated by the unique furnishing styles, however, is very different from that of the lounge pavilion. This elegant dining room is furnished with an attractive square dining table and eight chairs, together with a service counter.
