What a fabulous condo! - What fabulous staff!!!

We comprised three couples, and we stayed here for a week. The venue was a perfect base for our holiday, The private and spacious setting was 'tranquility personified' and the suites were all absolute quality. Combine that with fantastic and attentive staff and you have the perfect venue ! Thank you Davi, and the two Madi's :) unforgettable experience.....

Excellent Family Villa

We stayed at Villa Casa Brio with 4 children and loved it! The Villa is beautiful and spacious. The pool is large and came with fun floating toys for the kids and for the adults to lie on. The Villa is very well looked after and in excellent condition. The staff are amazing, Yusa, Devi, Made and Made made us very welcome and looked after every need. The food was excellent. It was a wonderful relaxing holiday and we hope to be back.

Perfect Little Place for Family Relaxtion

My husband and I have been to Bali numerous times and this place is high up on the list of our favourite places to stay. We went with 2 families with kids ranging from 1.5 to 12 years old and this place suited all age levels not only because of the fabulous pool that had a nice shallow end for the little ones to play, but also because they were able to cater our meals for kids and adults. Service was top-notch -- helpful in not only getting transport when needed, but also helping to arrange massage services to the villa and picking up food items that we specifically requested. And even tho the villa is staffed for almost all day, they are so discreet that you hardly notice them there. Location of the villa is also great. Only about 10 minutes walking distance to Seminyak and about 8 minutes to the beach, but tucked away to provide total tranquility within the walls. Would definitely recommend this place for families and larger groups!

Bali☀️

We stayed in Bali for 4 days as part of a 3 week south east Asia trip, with my husband, two children and another family of 4. We loved it! We were greeted at the airport with people picking us up, and drove us to the villa. The amazing staff greeted us with some local cuisine and free drinks. The villa is set out with a very open plan feel with outdoors and indoors smoothly incorporated. There is the large pool on the ground floor, with sun beds as well as a day bed and small seating area, then underneath a shelter there was the kitchen, dining table and living area. There is also an indoor tv room, with this being one of the only problems as the tv had a loud buzzing noise coming from it meaning it was impossible to watch anything. There were also two spacious bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bathroom, the highlight being the master bedrooms outside bath! Upstairs was a small seating area, and outdoor cooking area, and two more bedrooms each with a bathroom. The bedrooms are very clean and nice, with good up to date furniture and a gorgeous spacious bathroom. The pool was large and clean, with very comfortable sun loungers and well positioned as the sun was on the pool all day. The food was very nice, we did not eat evening meal in the villa however had 4 gorgeous breakfasts and lunches - they would make you anything you wanted you just needed to tell them the night before so they could get the ingredients. The staff were amazing, catering to your every needs in every way possible! The villa is located in a quite street in busy seminyak, with only a short walk or taxi journey into the centre. There was a variety of nice restaurants in and around the Main Street, with our highlight being Cafe Bali. It is also conviently located a short walk away from the famous Potato Head Beach Club, which is an amazinv experience. It is also quite near to another beach club call Ku De Ta, which is still nice but abit quiet. Overall an amazing holiday which we could not fault.

You will never want to leave

I took my mother and 2 other guests to Casa Brio for her 70th birthday. Villa Casa Brio was a fantastic 7 day experience. Located in a quiet street in Seminyak, the Villa is an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bali. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and the layout of the whole place is just perfect with a brilliant mix of indoor/outdoor living. We ate out a few nights but eventually came to realise that the best food available was that which the in house chef prepared for us. At an average of around $3 a head for breakfast and less than $10 a head for dinner the value for money was insane. Casa Brio has a fantastic 20m+ swimming pool which invites hours of use each day. By far the highlight of Casa Brio is the staff. They were absolutely amazing, the kindest, friendliest and gentlest people you would ever wish to meet - indeed they became our friends and leaving them was as hard as leaving the Villa itself. They catered to our every request and made our holiday an amazing experience. We are truly grateful to them.

Amazing villa, great stafff and fantastic chef !

Villa Casa Brio is spacious, luxurious and perfect for groups. The location is also great - a short walk to restaurants and shops. Staff are attentive and polite and made us feel so welcome. The chef, I must really compliment! He cooked delicious food - the beef redang is the best! The villa is perfect for families and groups - Nice size pool and grounds for all to just relax and enjoy. Thank you to all of the staff, we hope to come back again soon.

The best villa we have stayed in

We had a wonderful time at Casa Brio. To begin with, the villa is very well designed, well maintained and spacious. Location is also convenient, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. But we enjoy this place so much that we had dinner at the villa twice. The Chef cooks delicious meals (the pork rib is everyone’s favourite). We only have to pay for the ingredients. All the staff and manager made the villa even more welcoming and cozy. They are attentive and full of initiative. They really make our stay perfect. We brought floaters but one of them leaked, and they put plaster on it so we could still use it. They bring us canapés each day and offer us coffee/water whenever we are chilling at villa. I decided to have in-villa massage and Pak Made took the initiative to prepare the room with music and massage bed. All the little things that make a difference and make us feel so well looked after. We booked it through Elite Havens, and we appreciate the concierge service. Iin helped us book snorkelling trip and it was a very good recommendation. She also suggested dinner at villa for one group that arrived in the evening. She patiently and promptly replied to all our queries. Overall, we are very glad we found this villa!

A home away from home

The moment we stepped into the villa we were blown away. The grounds are expansive, staff are welcoming and property very well presented. My wife says that's got to be her dream house! Although it's listed as a 4-bedroom villa there's actually a fifth room, albeit a lounge area that can be used as a bedroom in very practical ways. We love the home cooked meals whipped up by the staff, you just pay for the grocery cost with the service included in the rental. It's really that good. Although quite a distance from the main street, around 10 minutes and a further 10 minutes to Seminyak Village, the Villa benefits from privacy and a luxurious fit out from a 17 meter lap pool to open bathrooms and lush tropical gardens. Our group of 11 stayed very comfortably and enjoyed returning to this lovely home after a full day excursion. I'm sure we will be back sometime soon!

The villa offers tropical tranquility, yet it is within easy distance of that Bali has to offer: fabulous dining, stylish bars, hip cafes, brilliant shopping and world-class spas, not to mention the beach and some incredible surf breaks. The airport and cosmopolitan Seminyak are within easy distance from the villa. Guests can also enjoy a sunset stroll to one of the many beach bars and feel sand between their toes.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Brio, in Italian means life, energy and enthusiasm, and Villa Casa Brio captures that essence perfectly. This spacious four-bedroom villa is surrounded by a peaceful and beautifully manicured tropical garden. It also has a sparkling 21-metre-long pool, a sun lounger and a gazebo where you can enjoy a traditional Balinese massage. The villa is also serviced by a team of charming and professional staff. Built using the best quality materials, the villa is a spacious and light-filled villa exuding contemporary elegance with its clean lines and tasteful neutral tones. The residence presents privacy for guests and enough spaces to luxuriate, be it poolside under a shady umbrella, on a comfy sofa in the open-sided lounge pavilion, or in the air-conditioned comfort of the entertainment room.

Within its tropical garden setting, Casa Brio's stunning 21-metre pool is the highlight of the residence. Two pavilions face the pool and gardens, the first of which provides an enormous open-plan and open-sided dining, bar and lounge area as well as the villa's well-equipped kitchen. A covered walkway from the living pavilion leads to a two-storey building, which houses the four bedrooms, an entertainment room (which can double as a fifth bedroom), and a rooftop dining terrace. The entertainment room is equipped with a satellite television, DVD player, iPod docking station, small library, writing desk, and sofas.

Villa Casa Brio has two spacious king-bedded master suites. The ground floor master opens onto the garden and pool while the second floor suite has a covered balcony with charming views over the rooftops of Seminyak. Both master suites are air-conditioned and have a satellite television and DVD player. Two large ensuite bathrooms feature elegant stone flooring, twin stone sinks, rain showers and bathtubs. The ground floor bathroom is surrounded by tropical gardens. The two guest bedrooms feature twin beds, which can be joined together to form a king size bed. These rooms lie adjacent to the master bedrooms and have ensuite bathrooms.
