Beautiful House and Beautiful Staff

The staff were absolutely wonderful and I wish I could take them home with me! They were so kind and beautiful. I really do wish them the best for the future. As of the house it was so spacious and amazing. The views were definitely the best part! There are restaurants surrounding the house and it is RIGHT on the beach. If you were going to get a private villa, this is the place. We stayed there for ten nights and I wanted to extend my trip it was that great. The location is central, only a 15 minute drive to seminyak square and 100 metres by beach to the W

Perfect villa, right on the beach

We were so impressed by the location, its right on the beach. The size of the villa is huge, all rooms and bathrooms are big and luxurious. The staff are so helpful and polite. Near to city centre and restaurants. The Chef cooks very well , we had our lunch and dinner at the villa, he cooks better than many restaurants. Unfortunately, on the second day, after breakfast out of 9 of us, 7 got food poisoning. I suspect the fresh fruit juice , they might have prepared it very early in the morning, by the time we took it , could be contaminated. So, my advise is don't take fresh juice, or make sure it is squeezed FRESH.

Fabulous Balinese-modern, museum-like property!

We spent 4 wonderful nights at LeGa and were blown away by the artistic architectural and decorative elements, and incredibly warm and accommodating staff and hospitality. Our group had 9 friends spread across the 5 spacious and individually unique bedrooms (each with their own lush outdoor (secluded) bathrooms). We loved the hangout space options around the plumeria-lined pool and sundecks overlooking the waves. It felt like a safe and private compound with 24-hour security and completely walled surroundings. We utilized the chef services by having breakfast every morning and dinner 2 of the evenings, all high-quality ingredients with impressive presentation and taste. We had every need taken care of before we realized we needed it. Shout out to Wayan and his amazing staff!!

Villa LeGa was fantastic for our two families

Our two families (2 adults and 3 children each) stayed at Villa LeGa in October 2015. We needed a villa close to The W Hotel and it was only a 5-minute walk to The W along the beach. The Villa itself is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious (with individual bathrooms, aircon and mosquito nets). The kids spent many hours in the pool (which is not fenced) and were keen to play on the beach but unfortunately it was quite dirty and only suitable for surfers. The Villa staff were very friendly and attentive but didn't intrude on our privacy. They cooked our meals and helped with massage and dinner reservations. I would certainly recommend Villa LeGa for groups of friends or large families.

Beautiful Villa in great location, well appointed.

The staff were fantastic. Food was very good and their attention to the young children in our group was outstanding. Our restaurant bookings were handled efficiently, nothing seemed too much trouble. They made us feel very relaxed and spoilt without being obtrusive.

Location

Villa Lega is located near the beach at Batubelig, close to Petitenget and Seminyak on Bali's south-western coast. This is the most visited part of the island for both tourism and business purposes. The residence is tucked away down a quiet sandy lane. The gates open to the sweeping beach, renowned for its panoramic views and world-class surf breaks. The sunsets are legendary and a delight to watch from the villa's upper terrace.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Villa Lega is a contemporary beachfront villa offering magnificent unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean. The residence includes an open-plan living and dining area with fully-equipped feature kitchen, and five air-conditioned bedrooms, complete with audio and visual facilities, dressing areas and ensuite bathrooms. A walled garden with a 12-metre swimming pool compliments the residence.

The double-storey Villa Lega is built around a central 12-meter swimming pool, complete with outdoors shower and various water features. The pool is set in a beautifully landscaped garden. It has five ensuite bedrooms each featuring massive beds and flat TV screens. Two of the bedrooms are positioned poolside with the other three are located upstairs. Each bedroom has a different colour theme within its soft furnishings, dressing areas and glamorous ensuite bathrooms.

A very spacious living and dining room is situated on the ground floor of villa Lega. The massive living and dining room has a marble floor and folding glass doors that open to the pool deck, offering guests the choice of air-conditioned comfort or tropical open air living. The living area is furnished with a huge, comfortable L-shaped sofa and a glass-topped coffee table. The dining area is set to one side and is furnished with a large dining table, which can accommodate twelve people. There is a guest washroom located off the living and dining room.
