Location
Ombak Putih villa is located in the seaside village of Cemagi in south-west Bali. It is just a five-minute stroll from the beach and the remarkable sea temple of Pura Gede Luhur Batungaus. Encircled by rice fields the serene villa allows guests to experience the traditional Balinese life. The property sits on a rocky outcrop and is reminiscent of a miniature Tanah Lot, Bali's most famous sea temple located two or three kilometres further up the coast (9km by road).

Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
Payment Terms
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Elegant 5-bedroom villa with fabulous ocean views
Villa Anucara is a chic, white-walled, contemporary five-bedroom villa that includes a beautiful garden, a sunken poolside lounge, a rooftop terrace, a 30-metre swimming pool, secluded bedroom pavilions, and some enchanting tropical landscaping. In keeping with the villa's seaside location, the decor and furnishing are ocean-inspired and are characterized by splashes of white, blue and turquoise. A full team of staff is on hand at the villa to look after every guest need with butler service and superb home-cooking. The main house has an air-conditioned living room furnished with two comfy sofas set before a 46-inch TV with satellite channels and a Blu-Ray disc player. The living area also has a dining room and fully fitted western kitchen.
Villa Anucara presents two enormous master bedrooms with semi-open-air bathrooms and three stand-alone guest suites. The master bedrooms 1 & 2 are located upstairs in the main building. Each bedroom has wide views of the ocean from not only the king-size bed and the stone-paved balcony, but from the bathtub and shower as well. The bathrooms carry a nautical theme of seahorse- and starfish-shaped fittings. To the rear of each bedroom, a spacious dressing areas faces away from the sea and yields to rice fields and a volcanic horizon. The antechamber between the master bedrooms has a large sitting area with glass doors that open out to a furnished stone terrace with ocean and garden views.
Guest bedroom 1 of Villa Anucara is situated in the gardens, just below the pool. This room has two sets of sliding glass doors, one of which leads out to a stone terrace overlooking a manicured lawn and two very inviting hammocks. A semi-open outdoor bathroom with monsoon shower and a bathtub invites guests to experience bathing under the sun and stars. Guest bedroom 2 sits next to a garden of wild grasses and flowers, a little further along the garden pathway. It also has sliding doors that open onto a wooden deck, bringing the outdoors in. The bathroom features a sunken open-air tub with hand-held shower for more outdoor glory. Guest bedroom 3 lies at the very bottom of the garden and also has an open-air bathroom.
